It should be no stars this time. Horrible food experience. Old fires and nuggets, hard to chew. Fries are so hard, some of them... look like old car carpet fires, one even hurt my wife's tooth. Nuggets skin are so dry. Burned/over cooked pattie for mc double.My double quarter pounder is not made out of fresh patties that teast like blood, and it has soggy buns. **ZERO stars** If you want a lesson in remedial customer service-eat here. You want a specialty order (i.e., Big Mac no sauce),... instead you get "what I give you and you better be happy about it." I used to eat here, because I wanted too. Now, I eat herebecause I have too (late and I need to grab something quick or need to save money). You can judge a McDonald's by the quality oftheir fries-the fries have not been good here for years. Read more
There was a fly in my daughter's happy meal box dying. It was on top of her fries. I went inside and told them. They were super... sorry and I told them stuff happens. They gave us a new one that was all worked out. It was still super gross. Read more
This is one of the more consistent and quick McDonald's in the area, but because of their repore, they always have a packed... drive thru. This wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't for their older location, but the expanse of concrete has brought on arather unusual problem. This locations needs to get cones designated for the drive thru. As I sat in line, waiting in theproper side of the queue, a minimum of 4 other cars (probably closer to 6) pulled up to cut in line, adding an easy 10 minutesto our stop. It's ridiculous, and frankly embarrassing, that adults of driving age don't know how to drive, so a fast foodrestaurant has to help them figure it out with cones. Read more
Just once I wish their dinner service was one third of the service their breakfast is. The breakfast is GREAT! speed, accuracy,... service... all amazing for breakfast... dinner.... always a mess! I ordered 2 mcdoubles got a filet o fish...... thats not thefirst time at all. The dinner service is terrible!!!!! Everytime I go I regret it, I'll learn someday. Waste the gas and go to adifferent one, of they can't hire good help don't spend your money there.... unless it's breakfast. Read more
I'm not sure if they have a fry shortage or what but they never fill up the fry containers no matter what. I've complained... several times. I even ordered a basket of fries which was only a medium fry at best. Place is always nasty inside. Read more
If the food wasn't hot and fresh I would give 1 at best. The lobby was dirty, the bathrooms were pretty gross with no working... soap dispenser. My wife said the toilet paper was just laying on the ground in the women's. The service was lack luster atbest. They were fast. I'll give them that, but I will not be returning... Read more
It's been a week or two since I visited. I used to frequent this location when I lived in the area, but they've clearly taken a... sharp downhill turn since then. All the food was disgusting, like inedible. Everything seemed to be freezer burnt or rotten andwe literally could not eat the Double Quarter Pounder because the meat straight up tasted rotten. The fries were cold and old,and some of them were rock hard and reminded me of a month old (McD) car fry I accidentally ate as a kid. The nuggets were softand again, tasted weird and maybe freezer burnt with old oil. They gave me a McDouble instead of a McChicken and it was so dryand burned that I mistook it for a McSingle (the bun was also hard). It also had a TON of salt and pepper on the bottom of themeat. McD Sprite is my favorite because it's super bubbly and sweet, but they somehow goofed that too. The people were nice so Ineed to give credit there, but seriously.. I think this place needs to be closed down or the owner needs to change. I think alltheir food tastes rotten and old because the locals know better than to eat there. Proceed with caution. Read more
