Came here to eat yesterday with my family. As they were seating us the waitress that had us in her rows was already complaining... about us sitting in her row. Her name was Lacy. Lacy came over and handed us our menus and we started to look through what wewanted to eat. She came back with our drinks and my brother ordered a appetizer, and she asked if we were ready, I told her notyet give us a few more minutes. She comes back not even 2 minutes later asking if we were ready again. We all ordered and shecame back with our salad, still waiting on the appetizer. Five minutes later they had all of our food ready and my brother askedthis waitress if she knew where our appetizer was and she didn’t know anything about it, she was very sweet and got to work onthat immediately. We’re all eating and 10 minutes goes by and Lacy was already coming by to ask if we wanted to-go boxesalready. We all just laughed and said we’re definitely still eating and waiting on our appetizer. She came back a good 5-6more times within 20-25 minutes asking if we needed to-go boxes and if she could clear any of our plates. We were getting reallyannoyed at this point and we could all tell she was trying so hard to rush us out of there. Finally got our appetizer when weall finished eating our main meal. We weren’t even there for an entire hour before we all left. Every other waitress was verysweet and very helpful but Lacy should not be working in customer service if it’s such a problem. I’ve worked in customerservice for three years and have never rushed my customers out. The food was delicious but could barely could enjoy it becauseevery 5 minutes was being asked if we wanted a to-go box. Read more

My sister and I came to eat here. Sierra was really sweet and when my sister didn't like her foods touching she quickly fixed it... and was really nice! Fantastic experience. Came back again on October 26. The server Sarah was fantastic and extremely nice.Everything I ordered was brought out correctly and she suggested a fantastic soup I tried and I am not disappointed. I've never been overly excited about Olive Garden. It's always seemed pretty basic to me. Nothing ever particularly stood out.... This time was different! The service was prompt and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious! We really enjoyed our meal. I even tried their Sicilian cheesecake at the end and it was really good too. Great family meal after church! Read more

Went in for a birthday dinner around 4.30. No bloody Mary mix. Didn't have bitters for an old fashion. Bar needed to restock... some items. Service was really fast. Waitress was really friendly but. . . This was the least best time we have ever had at I egarden. Strike 1, 3 and they are out! Read more

We had a nice family dinner..its rare to have all of our kids together for dinner. Our waitress was very sweet,and made sure we... had anything we needed. All in all this was a great outing and with temperatures being 24° it was nice to sit down to hot soup,and the famous breadsticks&salad! Spaghetti &Meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, chicken &gnocchi soup! Gabriel was our waiter. As crazy busy as the restaurant was, he was amazing. He was always there checking to make sure our... drinks were filled and our food was good.
