We've gone here for years, only one prior issue. Today the black pepper steak was so fatty and more like brisket vs steak, it... was served with one little mushroom, one little broccoli crown and about 15 (spoiled but cooked) chunks of broccoli - stalkonly. You can do better, Panda.... Read more
I enjoy Panda's food, first of all. But something about this location. Not keeping food on line. Maybe it's the time I go there.... I usually settle for something else than what I wanted. But I'm not doing it anymore. Last time I'm there, they had 2 dried uphard looking egg rolls, and only 2 spring rolls. I was gonna get extra spring rolls in 5 minutes. But I see 2 young kids whocould care less working there. People that start restaurants have passion for making others happy, and showing love by cookingfor them. Then they pass this place on to kids who may, or may not, have a passion for food. Why? It leaves from passion, to howlittle can I pay these kids, and keep them working. I'm kinda convinced the best, others cooked food, in on food trucks. Or, getyour own at store n prep it at home. Most people will only remember the last time they went to a particular restaurant. I really like this location and I?m often here as it?s close to my work for a lunch break. Today I watched employees Natalie and... Mariana handle a very annoying and belligerent customer. They did so with grace and patience, despite how they were treated. Ireally hope their hard work is recognized. They were also super quick with making my food and it was delicious! . Read more
Very slow service. No food on serving line, left part of my order off came back in to store and they told me it was going to be... 7 minutes for egg rolls. Not sure that I will be returning. Edit: the food we finally got was good, not what we ordered butgood. Read more

Here's the truth... I downloaded the Panda Express app... ordered for 5 of us... picked my pickup time... showed up 10 minutes... early... skipped the line... they were just finishing up... handed me my 5 meals to go after putting in the sauces I picked...and out the door... 2 minutes max! The only thing left to do was speed home and act like I cooked all this... Read more
