Nastah was fantastic when taking my drive through order. After placing my order she asked for my Panera customer number, the is... the second time in 4 years that a clerk asked for my Panera customer number. She was ver pleasant and positive. I was gettingdesert and I asked what item were left and she went over and told me every single item that was left late in the evening. Thelast time I was inside the restaurant I was treated badly. Literally, EVERY TIME we go to this Panera the drive thru order is wrong!!! This time we were smart and checked before we left.... The people that they employee couldn't care less about your order. In addition, the prices have risen so much that we willlikely not be back. P.S. upon arriving home and unwrapping the sandwich, I see that it is not the sandwich I ordered???? Read more
The food was... Fine. At best this sandwich should cost $6, but for an $11.50 sandwich (which is essentially a chicken breast,... lettuce, some cheese crisps, and a dab of aioli) it was the biggest disappointment since Cyberpunk 2077. Just stick to thebreadbowl, you know its what you want anyways. 1 star for the sandwich, 1 bonus star because the kid liked the pumpkin-shapedsugar cookie. Ah yeah also those caffeinated lemonades taste like they put a splash of 5 hour energy in it, not terrible but notgood either. Read more
What has happened to this place? We usually LOVE Panera Bread and frequently go there BUT we will NEVER go back to this... location in Broken Arrow. The girl that took our order clearly didn't want to be there and sure didn't want to wait on us. Maybe she didn't like white people who knows? The first problem besides the fact she didn't even say hello was she put herfingers (the same ones she used on the register and handled money with) down into our drinking cups and handed them to me! Shewas mad when I handed the cups back and requested clean ones. She didn't see a problem. She finally gave us 2 cups withoutputting her hands into them, grabbed the first cups threw them in the trash and walked off. How can such unsanitary peoplekeep their jobs not to mention treating customers rudely? It would also have been nice if my FONTEGA CHICKEN SANDWICH wouldhave had sauce on it. I hate to have to share this, but the tea container cleaning protocols need to be revisted. Large amounts of mold (which grows... very easily in tea containers) found in my wife's Unsweet Tea. This is my normal location. GREAT STAFF Read more
Great visit. Service was fast and good. Location was clean and the wait was not too bad. I had the chicken Chipotle Flatbread... pizza which was actually better than expected. We came specifically so my daughter could get the broccoli cheddar soup, and shewas not disappointed. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work. Read more
Pros: Very friendly staff. Nice location Cons: Consistently late in preparing Rapid Pickup orders. Update: This location has... really stepped up their service. In the last four visits, everything has been ready on time. Read more
I had half a Frotena Chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup with a drink. The sandwich was very good and the soup was good... but nothing special. I had a very good Charged Lemonade. I thought it was very expensive for what I got but what isn't thesedays? Read more
