Ordered a pizza and got a estimated time of 1hr. Im staying in a hotel room and after a 1hr 10 mins goes by I give the place a... call to check on my pizza and was told the driver knocked on my door and said nobody answered which he never knocked because Iwas in my room waiting for the knock the whole time and I never got a call either way the driver took my pizza back and theycanceled the order. the dude answering calls told me what happened apologized for what happened replaced my order and said thefasted they could get it to me is 45 mins the pizza got to me in under 30 hot and fresh Im very happy with my pizza I just wishThe first driver knocked or at least call but the second driver great and the guy taking calls did an amazing job at gettingeverything taken care of for me he?s the one I?m most proud of lol. My brother and I were SUPER drunk last night, ordered pizza from here and was amazed by how kind the people were and HOW AMAZING... the food was :) they gave me extra pepperochinies like I asked and even called to let me know the status of my delivery! Would rate it a negative stars if I could. Tired of how many times this location gives such terrible customer service and... getting away with. Always making excuses. And never wanting. To do there flippin jobs. I'm a pizza driver. And this would beunacceptable and would be fired. I thought I'd go out on the limb and try ordering from you guys again after months of notordering. This was our first and last visit to this location. When I walked in to pick up our order, my first impression was that it... looked dirty. I just felt gross being there. Our pizza was ready immediately despite our early arrival, which was the only thingthat earned them a single star. The box was smeared with sauce, making it awkward to set in my vehicle for the 5-minute triphome. When we opened the box at home, there was virtually no cheese, and what little was there looked unmelted. It looked quiteunappetizing, and we debated returning it -- but we were tired and hungry. Should've just tossed it. It was not warm in theslightest, and the toppings were downright cold. The cheese proved to really be unmelted in several places. I have been using this location for over 10 years and have always been happy with everything but over the last few months it's... consistently been disappointing on Pick-up and Delivered orders both that I've used. Keep getting these where the middle iscompletely undercooked and glued to the middle of the box. I'm not sure what's going on but this is not how this locationusually is! Read more
Ordered $70 of food to receive a 3 meat pizza that looks like a cheese, jalapeno poppers that were crushed, and a cookie that... was like a brick. I called to talk to a manager and they agreed to make me a new one but didn't act like they cared a whole lotthat they gave me a bad pizza in the first place and told me the only way they would replace it was if I brought the old pizzaup there. When I went to replace the pizza the overall appearance of the store was dirty and dingy and the worker was notutilizing gloves (even in the middle of a pandemic). Overall I'm wondering why I spent $70 dollars on a bunch of subpar foodthat's no better than a frozen pizza at walmart. Will not be ordering from here again. Read more
For a pizza chain the pizza is very good. Always consistent in the quality at this location. Cook times are quick and customer... service is always on point. Don't forget about the #PapaThunder deal that you can get when the thunder play (50%) pizzas. I dolove that they give you some garlic butter, it's a nice added touch. Read more
Delivery seemed fast which was nice. The NY (pictured) is definitely just a regular large pizza and the 505 Hatch Chili was... pretty undercooked - not sure if that?s normal bc of all the toppings. Read more
