Ordered at 7.37pm not ready until 9.40pm while I understand Halloween is a busy night our estimated time was 40-50 minutes. When... we opened the boxes we got the wrong pizza, one wasn?t even cut. We called to get it fixed somehow and the employee wasextremely rude telling us they?ve been out of thin crust for 2 hours, but our order was placed over 2 hours before we called.Offered no fix and told my husband ?well the sticker on the box says your name right?? Which doesn?t matter if the pizza isn?tright, let alone not cut at all. Very annoyed. Will be calling back in the morning to speak with a manager. Read more

i called in and ordered a pizza at 7:15. the guy was friendly but after he collected my card number and all my contact... information he hung up sort of abruptly and sent me to a survey. i didnt think much of it and figured if he missed anything hewould call me back. he didnt give me a timeframe so i waited about an hour for the pizza. I called back to check and they had noorder for me. the girl i was speaking to told me i should call the other 6 locations and see if the call center sent it to thewrong one. i asked to speak with a manager so she put me on hold and came back acting like i wouldnt recognize her voice andsaid "Hi, this is the manager". i asked if i reordered how long it would be she told me 2 hours. i said.....its 8:30?... shetold me i had to go at the back of the que and she had over 100 orders in front of me. Hands down, the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced! They delivered a raw pizza to my house and then when I called to... make a complaint, the manager took no accountability for their mistake. He sat there and argued with me and when I asked for arefund for only that one specific pizza, he said no. He then hung up on me. I will NEVER use this company again and I definitelyreached out to corporate after this situation. This location should be shut down! Read more
Why can't a person order a carryout pizza, pay cash, only giving a first name? 2nd time in 15 yrs Ive tried, pizza hut requires... none of that at nonsense. It's worth the construction hassle, I like Pizza Hut better anyway! Read more

Ordered pizza online on papa johns website and according to them it was delivered by Doordarsh. Pizza was put on porch at 5:14... no doorbell ring or anything we found it at 5:40 cold and were told by papa johns to take it up with Doordarshan. That isridiculous since it was them that used them not me. Read more
