Food was absolutely terrible! We got the mongolian beef with noodles and the beef/steak was disgusting, definitely wasn?t any... type of steak. Paid $50 our meal and literally only ate the noodles, lettuce wraps and crab wontons. We used to frequent thisrestaurant about 5-7 years ago and loved it but it?s terrible now. Terrible quality food. Definitely recommend never eatinghere. We won?t be ever again. Read more

OMG seriously an awful experience. The food was terrible. Everything was incredibly salty. Like overwhelmingly salty. The... noodles were bland. Tasted like naked spaghetti. The only saving grace was the lettuce wraps. We all shared those and didn'treally eat anything else. Read more

Broken Arrow location needs help...Way under staffed to service the customers. We got there alittle after 11am and my food had... way to much sauce on it....couldn't eat it. By 11:30 customers were walking out because of the slow service taking orders. Alsofood sat up on the bar to be taken out to the customers several minutes...when we left no one had picked up food for thecustomers. It wasn't the lunch hour yet and the staff couldn't handle the customer flow. Won't be back to that location. Read more

The worse meal I have ever had. Carry out. Burned crab wontons, orange chicken with noodles consisted of a plate of 80% DRY... NOODLES and the rest McDonalds chicken nuggets?little uniform square pieces of chicken with A LITTLE sauce. I couldn?t even eatit all. Don?t waste your money here. Oh, I?ve never had CHEWY (stale) fortune cookies. WHAT IS GOING IN HERE? It used to be myfavorite place. Never again. (I would have taken pictures before I ate had I known that was an option in the review. Here is apicture of what I threw away. See the sauce I had to add to make it not so dry?) Read more

UPDATED REVIEW: I'm not sure what happened to the Broken Arrow Pei Wei, but we can't even go there anymore. Even though it's... closest to our Coweta ranch, we literally have to drive in to Tulsa to get adequate service. Last night, after months of driving30 extra miles to avoid disappointment, we decided to give Broken Arrow another try. It was the final straw in a wad of strawsthat slashed my initial review of 5 stars, to 2 stars (which is generous, thanks to the 61st and Yale restaurant. They almostalways gets everything right. On the rare occasions they don't, their excellent customer service makes up for it.) First ofall, Pei Wei's app doesn't work AT ALL. Second, the Broken Arrow restaurant rarely answered the phone, so it was impossible toorder unless we were willing to wait in a to-go line, then wait for our food to be prepared. (They've since added a phoneservice, but their problems go so far beyond basic phone etiquette.) Know what's worse than wasting 15 minutes on a failed app,20 minutes on the phone and 30 minutes ordering and waiting for food in the express zone on a Friday night? Wasting more than anhour of your life, driving back through two towns to get home, and - after looking forward to Pei Wei all week - finding thatyou didn't get what you ordered. No matter how much specifying, repeating, verifying and confirming we try to do, the BrokenArrow restaurant invariably either leaves something off the order, or sends us home with some mystery dish in place of ourfavorite dishes. The Dan Dan noodles I absolutely LOVE are never consistently prepared (an issue across restaurants). Wespecifically ask for the ground chicken (that comes with the meal) and instead get whatever other chicken they happen to have.Last night I got some smorgasbord of meats - most of which was burned to a crisp. I could swear I tasted charred liver. Tocompensate for the fact that the sauce was always too sparse, we started ordering extra sauce on the side. To avoid Read more

Service was not good. Phoned in takeout order only because mobile order site is terribly frustrating to use. Took two attempts,... phone rang about 10 times first, called back only rang 5 or 6 times. Placed order, was told ready in 15 minutes. Showed up inabout 7 minutes only to find that my order hasn't even been started but they'll "get right on it". There were only 2 tables withcustomers and no one in line at this point, clearly not busy. 20 minutes after placing order my "15 minute" order, food wasready... Except the spring rolls I ordered were burned. Showed them to some sort of manager and asked for 2 new ones, no apologyby the way. 5 minutes later I received what you see in the picture, burned worse than the originals. The poor girl trying tojuggle the now never ending phone orders hands them to me while taking someone's take out order. I'm pissed that they're worsebut there's no one free to talk to with her on phone and another trying to deal with a line about 10 deep now. So now after 25minutes total I give up and just take it home. The fried rice was bland and mushy, chicken was decent, spring rolls wereunbearable. My wife and I used to really like Pei Wei but recently seems like this and other locations in Tulsa area are goingdownhill fast. I could have bought a better tasting meal for half the price, in about one third the time, and way closer to homeat Panda Express and that's most likely where I'll start going again now that Pei Wei doesn't seem to care much about promptservice or quality these days. The food was pretty good. The orange chicken was full of flavor with just enough spice. My wife?s ramen bowl was a little... sparse with the meat but the noodles were tasty. We always live the chicken wraps but this time the lettuce came out rustcolored and brown in spots, we didn?t eat the top 4 layers. The cashier was pleasant but the food runner appeared irritatedand unhappy to be there. He barely spoke and never once asked if we needed anything. Read more
