Ordered online for a specific time. Waited 15 past requested time. She came out with someone else?s order. I advised her this... was not my order. She took it back in, came out and said ?did you call and change the time?. I did not, they had to make it. Was not started. when ordering ahead for a specific time, I got my pizza 30 minutes later than I needed it. Very disappointedagain here. This store is falling apart. Read more

The service industry is gone! You can?t go in the door but there?s nothing that tells you how you?re supposed to pay for your... food or what the process is. You finally figure out you have to drive through but if you were planning on using the restroomforget about it you didn?t pay for that. They use the excuse that they don?t have enough people for their lobby to be open. Oneof the managers told me they almost doubled the revenue when they close down the lobby so I?m not sure they have motivation tohire people to provide the ones good service that they used to have. We have given them so many chances but every time it is so bad we end up throwing it away it taste so old I just dont know how... they stay open. We can drive to Pie Hole pizza down town Tulsa and take it to go all the way home to coweta and still is thebest pizza ever But they are closed on Sunday:( Really need to get a manager in there to make sure dough is made fresh or needto get ppl that have pride in there work.
