This evening I ordered a kids meal with broccoli. When it arrived, I noticed the broccoli was bad. It had black and brown all... over it. I asked for it to be replaced and they brought another bowl with the same black and brown all over the broccoli. So Iasked for carrots, but you were out. And then my children finally received mandarins. In regards, to my meal, I ordered a welldone pretzel bacon cheese burger. When it arrived, it was still pink inside, so I asked for it to be redone. When myreplacement burger came it was nowhere near the same quality of my original. It literally looked like it was put in themicrowave. It was mushed and messy and looked downright nasty. The plate had avocado smeared on it and lettuce pieces, but myburger did not have that on it. The waitress was gracious, kind, and courteous. But when I asked for the manager, he came withan attitude. He was argumentative and claimed the black and brown broccoli wasn?t bad, and he had been serving it all night. He said he was comping our meal, and wanted to be done with us. I never wanted the meal comped. I simply wanted the manger tobe aware of the quality of his food. And I wanted him to be aware of a problem. Tonight I left your restaurant hungrier thanwhen I came in. I?ve been going to Red Robbin for years, and I can assure you, I will never return to your restaurant again.The level of service and hostility I received was bewildering. I had a BBQ whiskey burger. It was amazing! UPDATE: EVEN BETTER THIS TIME! 2ND update: Stick with coming for around noon to 7pm... otherwise colder food. I would also like to comment that we had a WAY better waitress this time. Thanks RR! Read more

We went for lunch on a Friday and we got seated right away. The hostess was welcoming and he has good energy for greeting... people. Our waitress was very attentive and never let our drinks get low. Their freckled lemonade (strawberry lemonade) is moreon the tart side than the sweet. My son thought it was perfect and my daughter added a little sugar to hers. Our food wasbrought out promptly. The onion rings were super crispy and perfect. The hamburgers were good but never quite taste like thepatties are made fresh, but taste prepackaged. Overall a good experience. Burger was top notch. Sweet tea was not any good, but was prompt to bring another drink. Just a FYI, the screen on the table... will stop you from pressing the back button. So your forced to play the mini game, and they charge 1.99 for entertainment fee.Other then that, was good. Read more

Just want yall to know how much we loved our experience eating there on Oct 22 . Megan was our server and she was just... outstanding !! Our drinks stayed filled and so did our bottomless fries and she did it without hovering . She was so nice aswell and welcoming. Her alone would bring us back ,but not the only reason ;) . Yall accommodated my sister's dietaryrestrictions of no gluten and no dairy . We have a hard time finding affordable restaurants that will do this for us . Weactually came in at around 2pm the first time and Megan had advised us that your gluten free fryer was having to be strained andredone b/c of a mistaken cross contamination. We had already got our drinks to . She advised it would be about 45mins and itwould be back up and running. So we decided to run and errand and come back then so my sis could enjoy having French fries thathad no cross contamination. Megan made our drinks to go and we did come back later. My mom had the fondue cheeseburger, I hadthe whiskey river BBQ burger and sis had the impossible hamburger and gluten free fries. It was amazing! Our waitress Margo was so lovely and very friendly. She helped us out with everything and was on top of it all!... I went with a friend for her birthday and the food was great. I got a Vegan veggie burger with garlic fries. It was to die for!We also got ourselves some drinks. Definitely will be going there again. 10/10. Read more
