Would leave worse than 1, but can?t! Just awful. Chicken was old. Kids burger was missing cheese and it was hard. Fries were old... and hard. They didn?t put chili on the chili cheese tots. They only managed to cut the grilled cheese 1/2 way thru. And the waitwas long for all this too. Sadly drove home and then discovered the food was terrible. Never going back to this Sonic. Read more
Very slow. Ordered ahead through the app and still waited over 30 minutes for food. Daughter went to Sonic about a mile away.... Without ordering ahead, she got her food in about 15 minutes. Read more

I glad they atleast got the order right. Someone should teach them how to make the drinks and ice cream.. probably last time... going to any sonic. Went out of my way to go to this one since it was in a better part of town. Still disappointed. 10/10wouldn't reccomend. Not to mention all of sonics food has been absolute garbage the last 4 years. I should give zero stars but there are a couple of workers there that are great. This is the most poorly run sonic I?ve ever... been to. Very poor mgmt and customer service. We?ve been going there about 15 years and it used to be great but I don?t think Ican spend another dime there!! There are a couple of long-term employees that are great and seem to care but the rest are justrude sometimes and couldn?t care less if they know which drink is in which cup when they forget to push the buttons on thelids. Yesterday I went by for 3 happy hour drinks and was told I couldn?t order for 45 minutes because she was the only onethere. I saw another employee there and mentioned it and she responded ?he?s just a cook?. I said ?you stated that you couldn?ttake orders since you were the only one here but that?s not the case so what?s the reason I can?t order? I?m confused.? Shesaid ?because I said no?. I was frustrated and said that I just didn?t understand and her screechy response was ?ma?am I onlymake $9/hr and there?s no manager here so I just can?t?. That response makes no sense to me! There was no apology or anything,just a rude girl with no concern for customer service. Can no one but mgrs take/process orders? It was just 3 drinks and I hadcash OR card. Or considering I have gone there TWICE almost every day for the last 15 years (yes?we are addicted to sonicdrinks?ha!!), give them to me for free or let me pay next time I?m there. I understand things happen but an EASY SOLUTION wouldhave been to put a sign up on the speaker box or menu stating ?we apologize but we are closed until 415? or whatever time themgr would be back instead of having a rude person deal with upset customers. Sonic has to be going out of business. I have not been to a sonic in over a year where I've gotten my food in a timely matter or... accurate. Same was for this location. In drive thru for over 30 mins to get one grilled cheese and a cherry limeade. The peoplein the line around me left from having to wait so long. What's the point of being in business when there's no one at the stallsand you still can't fulfill orders. I don't understand. Close this place down. Read more
