I live .02 miles from this location. I come here 5+ times weekly, very convenient. Past month, I?ve had a terrible time with the... mobile order process. I?ll put in the order, arrive at a stall, check in on app, it logs me in on the screen.. and then once itreaches the point of saying the carhop should be on the way out? nothing happens. 10-16 minutes after the screen is cleared,I?ll call out and ask about my order. By the time it comes out, ice cream is melted, food is cold, I am sad. To find a happymedium to this, I have been ordering and them going through the drive thru after ordering on the app. This makes it moredifficult for the staff to forget about you and your food. Today, I ordered online and then went into the drive thru? no oneelse in the drive thru? Well today Ruby bit my head off for going through the drive thru with a mobile order. She has red hairand awful anger management skills.. she must have been having a bad day. If she?s management here, she?s not taking a greatlead. Read more
Second time I?ve been there and they don?t give me my change just dollar bills. First time they said they didn?t have change ok... cool the next time the guy handed me money said ?it?s twelve? and slammed the window. I get that it?s change but it?s theprinciple. Rude teenagers shouldn?t be running a sonic. Not to mention getting angry when someone pulls up to the drive thru. Iwas the only person in line and still waited 10 minutes for 2 shakes because they were talking and laughing inside. Read more

The staff working the evening of the B.A. firework event, did an incredible job! Especially, with the significant amount of... people! That were standing in the drive-up parking spots, actual drive thru, & sit down option. Even standing at back door.Staff remained calm & friendly. Food was exactly what we ordered & received in timely manner! Thank You to the staff working thenight! They did fantastic! Read more
Pull up ordered 2 orders of popcorn chicken and a large fries.. get home the pop corn chicken doesn't have any chicken it's... literally 2 boxs full of the small crumbs you get at the bottom of frozen bags and the fries are so greasy they basicly becameon blob at the bottom of the box... this is disrespectful and a complete scam of charging money for that..... I work down the street from here and come to here quite often. It's usually pretty good and fresh but today it sucked. I had to... return my food to them because my burger looked like it was left out for a long time. I gave a 3 star because they don't usuallydo this and maybe management can resolve the issue with training. Read more
Made an order on app/online. Paid $45. 25 minutes later, we were shorted 1 burger and the chicken strip and popcorn chicken were... way over cooked. We were in to big of a hurry to go back. Not a great experience. Read more
