The garlic burger was delicious but messy "which is okay". I am not a fan of the stick fries that they had though but I would... definitely go back for that garlic burger, have to get double meat also because the patties are small. But they positivesoutweigh the negatives, they had little hats and stuff for my 2 year old to play with and get seemed to enjoy his food as well.Also the old time vibes were nice. ???? Read more
No sauce, missing a patty, and scraped off cheese? I went back to the store 2 days later to get a remake since I was on that... side of town again. The kind shift manager who mentions the policy says he needs to get the store manager. She said due topolicy, they dont do remakes, even a weird mistake like this. She blamed rush hour, which I get that mistakes happen. She askedwhy I didn't drive back after I got home and saw my burger, that would be an extra 8 miles to get my remake and an extra 30 min.when someone is hungry. She also tried to prove her point further by saying "You had your dinner, didn't you?", contesting me somuch just for asking for them to right their wrong. Rude.. I didn't ask for a refund, just remake that costs the store less. Ileft because it wasn't worth debating with someone who gives someone such a hard time and doesn't know how to treat customers oraccept responsibility for the mistake. I really like the cheese burgers here but wish they could get an order correct - very rarely put an onion on it when ordered... it. NEVER ORDER DRINKS HERE IF U ARE A DIABETIC - they always give reg not diet coke. No mater if you repeat your you order. Read more

I was in the mood for some French fries and a grilled cheese so we stopped in the Steak ?n Shake in Broken Arrow. It was so... good. Just what I was craving. Hubby enjoyed his sandwich and he loved his shake. Very nice people seat you, give you menus, andtake your order, and bring your food to your table. It?s a cute and friendly place! We will be back!
