I walked in to a young male and a young female giving me the complete silent treatment. So, I started ordering.... they both... looked up and looked at me like I was stupid. I then realized they were busy. I said "sorry, let me know when you are ready".After awhile the young lady coldly asks me "what kind of bread?" I then proceed to order my food. She cops an attitude anddoesn't say another word the entire time I'm there. Both people were giving me looks and sneers the entire time. I understandhaving a bad night, but that should never be projected onto the customer. The only thing that separates one Subway from the nextis customer service. I'll be taking my business to the 91st location from now on, thank you. Read more

I ordered on the app, thinking it would make picking up a breeze. I got there and could see the employees wandering around and I... assumed my order must be ready. Upon entering I was greeted with "Don't tell me you're here for the mobile order..." and thenthey proceeded to tell me they were out of one of the breads for one of the sandwiches I ordered, so they did not make ANY of myorder. They claimed they could not get in touch with me, but they recited my phone number in the most incredibly dyslexic mannerpossible. Since I had already paid online, I waited for them to make my sandwiches, but I had to walk them through it since theyhad already lost the order receipt (they started looking around for it ON THE FLOOR, I will add). I could not tell them morethan one ingredient at a time. Everyone in there seemed to be high, careless, and could not remember three seconds beyond thelast bit of conversation. The lackadaisical woman floundering around asked me if I was okay with her turning up the music whilethe high guy was still struggling to finish my order, to which I simply gave no response. This was the only bad experience Ihave ever had in a Subway, and definitely the worst experience in any restaurant I can remember. Not returning to this location.Just sorry, did not appear clean, and did not inspire confidence. Read more

These people need to learn to be respectful. Me and my sister were standing in line and one guy was making her sandwich. Other... guy comes around the corner and ask the lady behind me what they wanted and totally skipped me. He put the meat on and put it inthe toaster and tried putting veggies on the sandwich with changing gloves. This place is super unsanitary. Save your time anddon't go here. Read more

Gross. Quality, cleanliness, friendliness....everything about it is garbage. Subway used to be so good!! The only thing edible... is the bread and cookies. The Turkey looked like spam, the cheese was wet, and the veggies were far from being fresh. Just grossis all I can say Read more

My wife and I went here today for lunch. The lady behind the counter told my wife their toaster oven was broken. The only way to... get a hot sandwich was put it in the microwave. We decided to get cold cut sandwiches. The bread did not seem very fresh. Thesandwich I got was at best ok. I went into the restroom it needed to be cleaned. I won't be going back anytime soon. Customer service was great the sandwich artist took his time didn't seem like I was bothering him he was also engaging in a... conversation with me which I think is great. Coming from a former manager of subway I use to train franchise owners in MilfordCT. And I look for small things like that I've always felt if you engage with the customer and you make their sandwich lookgreat you'll have a customer for life. Subway is a great place and I believe it's depends on the store if it becomes successfulbetween cleaning, customer service, and managing inventory are key factors. It only takes one time for a customer to say hellno. It that has a trickle effect so I definitely give this store 8/10 definitely will be back Read more
