I went here today to grab a food real quick and drove up to the drive thru. They told me I’ll be right with you. I said okay... and waited patiently playing on my phone for about fifteen mins when someone else pulled up behind me so I waited for a few moremins and then I honked. A young man came to the window and said that he with be with me, but it would be a while. I said wellhow long? I’ve already been waiting for a while. He said we have a line and I said okay where am I in the line. Then an olderman got on the speaker and was hollering at me we are busy and have line inside I said okay that’s great. The girl behind medrove around and then drove around and went inside. There was one couple waiting in line and the girl in front of me was now inline also. While I was standing there the older man was complaining about the “lady in the drive thru” and the girl andfront of me said he should probably stop talking. Then he helped her and looked at me and said are you together and I said no“I’m the lady on the drive thru”. He was like I’m sorry and was stumbling over his words. I ordered my salad and askedfor dressing on the side. 30 mins later paid and left. When I got home, no dressing. If you can’t handle a drive thru then youshouldn’t have one! We used to to go to 3313 S Elm (101st)location but it got so bad we stopped going there. Thought we would try the 6303 S Elm... location a couple weeks ago and the two people there were fantastic! Personable, professional and made great subs. We go backtonight, 5/13/22 and the two young boys working obviously had no training, knew nothing about making sandwiches, we had toexplain what meats went on them and they weren’t cut. Watching them try to ring it up was painful too. Won’t be back thereany time soon! Read more

Terrible experience! Visited this location because it’s close to my home. I’ve never been charged the same price for the... same item at this location. The price varies wildly with each visit. Last Sunday I was charged $17.48 this Sunday ordered theEXACT same order, charged $24.16. Inquired why?? Was met with the most hateful attitude and lack of caring from the guy whowas at the register. He was totally dismissive and rude. I explained this HUGE difference from one week to the next and wascompletely dismissed. He actually told me ‘don’t be such a Karen’. Far from being ‘a Karen’ when inquiring why mytotal is $8.00 higher from one week to the next. Never any Management at this location. I asked for the Manager/Owner and wastold that Dedra was the Owner but they never know when she’ll drop by. Guess that explains the poor Customer Service…..ifthe Owner doesn’t care why should the Employees. Not going back………. Read more

I hadn't visited in a awhile so I thought why not give them a try. The young man who made my sandwich was disrespectful, rude... and didn't act like he wanted me there. I really can't say anything good about this location and subway in general. I won't evereat at subway again. Read more

I was denied survice half an hour ago because of my disability. I use the druve thru because of it, and instead of taking my... order at the window, I was told they would not. Apparently they called a manager, which I doubt as I watched both employeesmaking sandwiches. Another disappointment from this particular store. Read more

Worst service I ever experienced at Subway on the 121st and Elm. None of the employees want to be at work. Horrible customer... service. They never acknowledge my presence. One of the employees was helping in the drive thru, he advised the other associatesthat he needed some help. Another employee came from I don’t know where, with her mask hanging on her neck, never acknowledgedme, and begin feeling an order that just came through online. The manager came and asked who was doing what. I thought he wasgoing to help me, but he washed his hands and started helping the associate that had her mask hanging on her neck, fill onlineorders. Then they started filling another order online. I felt like I was being punked. I asked who was taking the order for thepeople standing in the restaurant. They ignored me. So I left. They need new management and employees. Read more

I’ve been here twice in the last week. The first time, I ordered a 6” turkey sandwich “with all of the veggies except... olives. No olives. And double provolone cheese.” I received a sandwich with ONLY olives and not double cheese, though I wascharged for it. And they were out of any type of vinaigrette dressing. Today I ordered a 12” turkey on Italian herb and cheeseall veggies except olives, double provolone and my typical vinaigrette. I was informed that they had no vinaigrette, no Italiandressing, no subway garlic herb oil and my only options were mustard, chipotle something and ranch dressing. After 11 minutes Ireceived my sandwich, without double cheese again, after being charged for it, and white bread despite having asked for Italianherb and cheese. (Though this time they did get the veggies correct) The staff has been kind during each visit, butunfortunately that doesn’t make up for somehow not receiving what I ordered either time. Subway is a frequent stop for me, butit looks like I’ll be choosing a location that isn’t as close as this one, and I’ll hope for more accurate service. Read more
