Haven?t been in a long time husband requested it so there we went. Workers were very sweet but the one who made my sandwich... started to make a totally different sandwich then I had requested and told me no that?s what goes on it and I had to read it tohim again. He did not ask me what I would like he just started putting things on it. He may be new but needs to engage with thecustomer and on top of that every fountain drink was out of order. The reason Why I am rating so low is because I found hair in my good, not just one but multiple, I also got food for my siblings... and they also had hair in my food. The workers need to make sure they can keep there hair away from the food. Read more
This is the worst of the worst locations. Tonight they literally had nothing left but didnt care to let anyone know and still... want to overcharge even though we had a coupon and they were giving us discount upon discount. The girl working the veggies & register today had the absolute WORST attitude I have ever seen in customer service!!! She... clearly didn't want to be there and it showed! She was rude to us for no reason. The guy working the bread and meat tho was asnice as can be he was smiling and having a great time. I won't be back considering how we were just treated. Rude, patronizing, awful people working there now. The two young men who used to work there were much better than this new... woman. The way she speaks to customers is appalling. Food is never fresh and their sanitary procedures are highly questionable.I hope the Health Dept has them on their radar. Read more
Ordered online, showed up 10 minutes past the ready time. There was a line, so I waited. After the line, the employees close the... condiments and move along. I ask if there was an online order that came through. The manager comes. Manager denies the order,questions if I have the right place, I double check, then she says "you need to call them". I call the store, manager gives abackhanded remark that I don't need to call and "I said I have it". I told her I never heard that, but thank her. Then sherushes to make my order incorrect. That's what you get when you order online at this Subway. I guess I should stand over them tomake sure it happens correctly next time, and order in person. Sheesh. Read more
