Got our order, I had gotten this taco salad that is a poor excuse for a taco salad. Almost no lettuce and like to pieces of... chicken that may fit in a one ounce cup. Refried beans were asked to be on the bottom and they used it to cover up the lack ofchicken. Also we ordered three orders of churros and only got one. Started at the 6414 S Elm location. We waited for ten min at the DT window just be told they are out of what we wanted. We left... and went to the 1001 W New Orleans location. They missed part of our order. We drove back and couldn?t go inside because thedoor were locked. We waited in line and at the order board we asked if they would just bring the food out. I was very disappointed with my beef taco platter my husband just brought home. The taco shells were stale and beans and rice... seamed old. Not sure it's worth the money. Sad, because Taco Beuno used to be my favorite. Read more
Not going to lie, went through the drive-through play my order definitely wasn?t the greatest but I had left an email with the... taco Bueno website and to my surprise I got a pretty quick response from Curtis. Curtis apologized sincerely about what hadhappened and offered to fix the order, and let me tell you I can?t say that I have ever had a better taco or burrito. I reallyhope that his crew learns from him, he Has some of the best customer service I have ever seen and genuinely cares about the fastfood industry! I will definitely return again and again! The food came out relatively quickly and the order was correct. This all to say, this particular store seems like they are... tightening their belts In anyway possible. Soft tacos were minimal with meat and filling and all of the hot sauce on the bar waswatered down. Although it was not super hot outside, the Air Conditioning was anything but cool. Read more
i just found a bone in my chicken enchilada. I?m terrified for if I had given this to my child and he could have choked on it. I... think the bags of chicken should be throughly inspected. I will never eat Taco Bueno ever again, every time the food is old and disgusting. I was reluctant to write this review, but the... last 5+ times has been a waste of money, had to literally throw the food in the trash where it belongs. It wreaks of 5 day oldspoiled food. 2 Bueno Chilada Platers in the garbage yet again. This was my favorite place for the past 30+ years, Now it is theworst. Just keeps getting worse for the past 3 years. GROSS! This company should be ashamed of itself. I hate to write badreviews, I'm just tired of the fast food industry. It's becoming a health issue.
