This location has drastically gone down hill. Which is upsetting because it?s the only one near me. I got three wraps today and... every single one of them were ICE cold. All our smoothies had CHUNKS of ice and were extremely liquidy. That was AFTER I askedthem to remake them as well. Didn?t realize our food was cold until we were on the highway. I ordered a smoothie and a couple of quesadillas. I didn?t receive a straw which I figured was going to happen based on other... reviews I read. Apparently I?m supposed to scoop the smoothie into my mouth with my hands. Also if I?m spending $7 for aquesadilla, I?d like for the entire tortilla to be filled with its contents.
