This location has drastically gone down hill. Which is upsetting because it?s the only one near me. I got three wraps today and... every single one of them were ICE cold. All our smoothies had CHUNKS of ice and were extremely liquidy. That was AFTER I askedthem to remake them as well. Didn?t realize our food was cold until we were on the highway. Cheese was not even melted, veryconfused on how this can happen. Unacceptable. Please get some training going on in here. $50 wasted! For the price point, it isvery upsetting. Read more
We asked for no chicken in my quesadilla because I?m allergic and they still put chicken in it and when I went to ask for... another one they got it wrong again. Easily one of the worst Tropical Smoothie locations in the country. I've been to several in other states through the years and... this place is consistent at ruining the order. Bland smoothie, smoothie too runny, food that should be hot is cold, or you'lljust end up with the wrong order. Read more
I ordered a smoothie and a couple of quesadillas. I didn?t receive a straw which I figured was going to happen based on other... reviews I read. Apparently I?m supposed to scoop the smoothie into my mouth with my hands. Also if I?m spending $7 for aquesadilla, I?d like for the entire tortilla to be filled with its contents. I love this place! Although there isn?t a Jamba Juice near me, this is a great alternative. I always get the jetty punch with... the classic grilled cheese sandwich. It?s a little slow in the drive-tru, but other than that, the smoothies and food are goodand the staff are nice. Read more
Worst service I have ever received. Is This location is fully staffed by teenagers with no supervision. My experience included... being ignored as I stood at the counter for a few minutes, not a single word was said by the girl ringing us up. I said Hello,was met with a dead stare, proceeded to order, continued dead stare, I only knew she was done ringing us up because the cardreader lit up. Sat down she made our smoothies, also said nothing, we awkwardly went to the counter and read the name on cups.Some nice boys brought a completely wrong order, probably was rung up incorrect. They fixed our order and actually spoke to uslike we were humans. Use the drive through with caution!!! Food was good, would be a great place if tropical smoothie would hiresome employees that are capable of doing the bare minimum. Ill start by saying that I love tropical smoothie and i go there as often as I can. Usually I get a caprese sandwich which is... very good. I arrived almost 22 minutes before closing and the girl at the window was very short with me and the sandwich Ireceived had very little chicken and cheese and no tomatoes or sauce. I understand that they were 20 minutes away from beingclosed but thats no reason to not make a sandwich properly. Read more
