VERY LONG WAIT. Expensive for what we got. Employees in no hurry to wait on us. We were at drive thru, which was broke, so you... had to order at the pick up window. I saw employees standing around, chit chatting and doing absolutely NOTHING. Yet, no onewould walk over to the window to take my order. When I complained to the manager, she acted like this was nothing new!!! Read more

Have been to this restaurant several times and most have not been a positive experience. The last had been the worst. My wife... placed an order on the mobile app and paid with Apple Pay. When I arrived at the drive through the girl at the window told methat my wife had not paid so I trusted that and gave her my check card. Come to find out they had charged both my wife andmyself. When I went and spoke to the manager on duty she could not ?find the receipt? and even though I showed her both bankstatements on my phone she wanted actual copy?s of our bank statements. Never have I had so much problems getting someone else?smistake corrected. Currently awaiting a call back from the cooperate office. Read more

Worst costumer service ever!! If breakfast ends at 10:30am not sure why you can?t order it at 10:28am. The car in front of me... ordered breakfast just fine. The employee screamed at me and old me they didn?t have it anymore?.. really? The employees at thislocation need to be taught not to scream at there customers. Read more

Stephanie was AMAZING with customer service. She took our order, was patient, helped us get more creamer for my daughter's... coffee, and had the most sweetest personality. It was okay, the most of the workers where not using gloves or hair nets... they took atleast 20 minutes to make our food, mess... it up and then fix it, they had another customer who got a chicken sandwich instead of a burger.. in the end we got our food andgot out of there Read more

Totally adequate place. Food was good. My feedback may be one of those casualties of Covid thing, I?m not certain. I ate inside,... and the coke machine had what I was looking for - so that?s nice. The challenge was when I tried to find ketchup. None of theirpumps were up, so I had to use the packets. I know, ultimately not that big a deal, but it was really the only thing I couldthink of an otherwise solid visit. Read more

I?m honestly caught off guard tonight. The drive through staff were super friendly and clear on the intercom. My ?Son of... Baconator? was picture perfect. But not a single thing was the proper temperature (I ate in the parking lot immediately aftergetting my food). Fries were soft and room temp, cheese was still super cold and the burger patties were barely warm at all asif they?d been pulled off the grill so they wouldn?t burn or something. I took a couple days to write this but we'll never step foot in a Wendy's again!! Here's why, drive-thru was backed up around... half the building so we decided to go in to order, the girl taken our order couldn't even speak correctly nor did she know howto even run the register, I had to repeat my order a number of times and the cashier had to keep getting the manager to help hertake our order. By the time our order was done, 3 other customers were behind us. They had the same issue ordering. While, thesecond person was ordering the cashier got so frustrated and stormed off running her mouth so then here comes the manager takenorders, here is the thing though. The manager completes taking the 2nd order and the 3rd persons order but not the 4th personorder. The 4th person stood for 10 minutes then finally left but then her boyfriend came in trying to understand from themanager why the order wasn't taken, no answer from the manager. So while all this is happening we're waiting on our food forover 15 minutes. Than we see the customers behind us get there food so we're like what's going on?? We ask about our food andthe manager says after 15 minutes it deletes the order "which is a horrible system that's in place" so we asked for a refund andthe manager said I can't give a refund. So we left a name and number for the GM to call us and never heard from the location, 2days later we go by there and get our money back... at this point I will be getting ahold of that GM myself and I would love forthe CEO of this company to reach out to me!!
