It was ok. I went though the drive-through which was pretty fast because there were not a whole lot of people in line. They... didn't repeat my order back to me and I got it it was wrong which is frustrating. I thought the fries awful. The onion ringswere ok. My burger was pretty good, just a little dry. The burgers were good. Fries were not-quite-fresh, certainly bit hot and crispy. This may be related to the 10 to 15 minutes or... so I spent in a drive thru line with 3 only a few cars in front of me. Read more
Whataburger is my family?s favorite fast burger place. We stopped in at this location after a day at ScotFest. Good burgers... and fries, as usual; and a nice young man even took time away from his off-duty lunch break to help my 8yr old granddaughterwith more ketchup, which I thought was kind of him. Food was ok, slightly cold by the time it made it out. Did curbside, food was delivered 12 minutes after the latest estimated... time (2:07 to 2:10 came out at 2:22). Also had to go back in to correct part of the order. Probably not the wisest option ifyou're in a hurry and ordering through the app. Burger was built nicely and wasn't bad. Read more
It was a late dinner for our party and the restaurant was BUSY! Nevertheless the staff was efficient in taking orders and moving... the line along. We dined in and, despite the rush, an employee delivered our food and took a moment to ask if we needed anythingelse. Everyone was beyond pleased with the food and service! Read more
They are always busy so that?s no excuse. I ordered 2 meals with large fries. The fries were only half full. I told the guy that... wasn?t going to work. I asked for another large fry to make up the difference and some ketchup. He brings me 2 more large frieshalf full. Is this the new norm? Charge the same for less product?
