Worker dropped paper to wrap sandwiches on floor and proceeded to put it back on the work station to use. When I said something... she shook her head and tried to deny it. I ordered a special. One was 13 and the other 14 and when I checked out my bill was 34.00.
Used to love PH, but this one apparently has it's problems. The toppings are scarce and the pizza iteself was doughy in the... middle, I also noticed the attitude of management towards the employees was, let's say, less than stellar, which gives them an,"I don't care" attitude. Definitely room here for improvement as this would be a great location for a well ran Pizza Hut. Read more

Make the pizza I order like I ordered it. We have not had any trouble in the past with the ingredients "sliding" as the lady... that answered the phone told me they can when in the oven. Have the manager keep her snide comments to herself and do her job. While I realize they were backed up when I came in to get my order, that is no reason for her to make the comments she made.
