My grandson and I stop in here every single year we look forward to it usually have a great experience. However, this time we... ordered our regular making double cheeseburgers, and they came out promptly and his had a big old white hair in it. No big dealit happens so he sent it back. They take their time and bringing us our food out and finally comes and he eats his Long on hisfries as he pulls out another big, long white hair we can tell the waitress that there is again here in our food as we noticedthe cooking there is not wearing a hat or a hairnet or gloves, or any sanitary things whatsoever and has white hair or veryblonde hair But she tells us we must pay for the hamburger, but not the fries very very snotty, and then tells us to never comeback as we tell her that not to worry we won?t She proceeds to get mad at us and tell us if we?re going restaurant were notimpressed as we met a lady leaving out the door as we were do not recommend this very unsanitary Read more
Not sure if they were to busy trying to close, arrived at 2:05pm and they closed at 3pm. Maybe they really don't like folks... traveling thru town and cater mostly to the locals. Maybe they didn't like a middle guy with tattoos, or they're simply lazy anddon't care if they ignore you for 20mins so you'll get up and leave! Every person in that restaurant, including the cooks in theback saw me come in and sit down. 10min later a young girl finally walks over and stands in front of me, just stands. I asked ifI could put in a takeout order? She shook her head yes, I then said I would need a menu for that. She went and retrieved one,set it down in front of me and walked away. Sat there for another 10min with everyone in the restaurant staring at, not what theproblem was. Got up and walked out. I travel extensively all over the midwest and I have never felt so uncomfortable in aneating establishment in my life! Great place for a quick lunch. Great service and food. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in Broke Bow.

My food was good. The place is adorable, you go back in time a little when you walk in. The service, on the other hand, could... use more training. I understand having a bad day & feeling crabby, but when you're at work you've gotta remind yourself thatwithout customers, you wouldn't have a job. I've never experienced service with such a sour attitude. Read more
