Have always enjoyed Arby's. It has been a long time since I had had an Arby's Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwich since I had been... away from a main city that had an Arby's for some years, but this visit was just like stepping back in time. The sandwich wasjust as good as what I remembered and the service was even better. We ordered a small curly fries and they were cold. Took themto the front counter ... no problem, fresh ones were almost ready and they would deliver to our table. This time, they were alittle on the crispy side which was fine with me but my companion could not eat them. Went to the front counter, same lovelylady, same lovely smile, took my order of regular fries on the soft side and said she would bring them to our table. Each timeher smile never gave a hint of anything but pleasure to serve. And their small oder of fries is enough for two to share. I hadfries that I wrapped up to go. Would definitley go again when in that neighborhood and would recommend it for the food and theservice was top notch. Read more
The food was delicious. I ordered 20 sandwiches. I called ahead and ordered so it would not be hard on the servers.

We came from out of town needing a late bite and unfortunately didn't get up to the order speaker until 15 minutes before... closing. The staff was so kind and all of our food was fresh and delicious. They definitely didn't skimp out on any of the meat.Would definitely go back! Read more

Quick friendly service. 3 to 4 cars in front of us at the drive through, wait time was still minimal. The turkey ranch & bacon... club totally worth waiting a few minutes at the drive through. Worst part was realizing I had to wait till I got home toactually eat.... ranch dressing is meant for this sandwich, not your steering wheel! Slippery grip on the wheel is pretty bigsafety hazard. Not to mention the distraction to other drivers because ppl WILL look at you like your crazy just because you'relicking the steering wheel. (I mean c'mon like you're waste it...) LOL. Safety First my friends. Eyes on the road, hands on thewheel, sandwich secured out of drivers reach. At least until you're able to properly enjoy! Read more
1st time EVER that I visited an Arby's and after this experience, I would be back again! The young lady at the window was... super helpful and had a great attitude. Our food was super yummy! Ordered 2/$6 sandwiches Greek gyro and chicken plus sweetpotato waffle fries and everything was delicious! I'm so glad we were bummed to order at sonic next door and went to try thisplace! Rude, not customer service friendly, very condensinding, had trouble getting my online order and never did get my order.... Wouldn't return phone calls, and told me if I didn't like it to go mcdonalds or sonic. I hope the girls working there get firedafter I get intouch with corporate. Read more
