Food was great, customer service was abysmal. The gentleman behind the counter said my pizzas were coming out of the oven and... then I literally watched him make my pizzas and put them in the oven. Once they were done, I waited at least 5 minutes beforesomeone would allow me to pay for the food. It seemed like they perhaps missed my order, I ended up getting my food over 20minutes beyond the later of the time window provided online. I get that places can be busy, but if the guy had told me "hey itwill be 10 or 15 minutes, I could have gone out to my car and spent time with my family instead of standing at the counterthinking it would be a minute or two. It didn't seem like they were busy, but I might have missed something. They accepted our delivery order over the phone and confirmed that our address was within their delivery area. After over an... hour had passed, we called the store to check and spoke with employee Justin. He informed us that they now are refusing todeliver and questioned who we spoke to before. He states, ?that was probably our A.I. and they aren?t supposed to verify deliveraddresses.? Yeah, ok, I?m not sure I believe that but also it was Domino?s agent either way. When asked why he didn?t call us,he says that they ignore call-in orders until when they get to them later. He would have called us hours later just to tell usthat he was now refusing to make the order. He offered no apology or anything to make up for their clear error, ?we dideverything we could?. They didn?t even pay attention to the order and we had to call them. I know expectations are very low forDomino?s in general but they now don?t feel that that have to provide basic service or keep their word. Only one girl working in the store tonight cooking and she did an amazing job! Didn't have to wait more than the estimated wait... time and it was the best Domino's order I've had to date! I should have gotten her name, but she needs a raise and promotion! Read more
Not one person including the manager wore gloves all 5 employees handled my food their hats phones money their clothes no one... washed hands or put on gloves once... We got our money back and told them that was a absolutely disgusting!! They said theyaren't required to wear em... No thank you not again... Guy was friendly tho about it!!! I ordered online and when I went to pick up my pizza the pizza was burnt. When I asked the manager they said that was normal and... would not discount my pizza. I would recommend going to the pizza hut across the street instead. These people were rude and didnot want to make the pizza correct. Read more

Worst Dominos experience ever. No customer service skills by any of the employees. First their system wasn't working so I have... the drive 20 minutes to the store to place my order. Then credit card machine was not working. An appoligy? I don't think theyever heard of it. I waited for 25 minutes, I got up because I saw my last pizza coming out, I mentioned 3 times to one of theemployees that " my pizza its about to fall", she ignored me all 3 times and.... the pizza fell. They acted like it was nothingbut the pizza was a mess, topings to the side, cracked dough,It was bad. I told them that I wasn't taking that one, so the ladywho it seems to be in charge, "tell me" I have to wait for it to be re made for 15 mi with an attitude like it was my faultthat I had been waiting for 25 minutes and now I don't want to wait for another 15 more minutes. Then another lady approachedme and she mentioned that she was the manager so I ask for her name to submit a complaint with corporate and she proceede tothell me how it won't matter that all they are going to do is send her an email and she will call me. Last day of our trip wewere trying to have a relaxed evening and not having to cook, instead it became a nightmare that ruin mine and my mothersevening.
