Should have a way tobl give zero stars. Neither burger wasn't assembled and the patties on both burgers were burnt. Fries had... zero salt and we asked for ketchup instead of getting packets we got ketchup squirted into a chicken nugget box ????. Horrible,horrible, horrible food and service. Definitely makes me appreciate the McDonald's in Texas. Read more
You probably wanna skip the drive-thru here. Our food was hastily thrown together and the wrappers only half assembled with food... leaking in the bag. We didn?t get the sauce we asked for nor any napkins. The drive-thru wasn?t busy, but the woman workingthere sounded resentful. Read more
My fellow vacationers and locals, today is thursday july 14 2022, i went to broken bow over the weekend and ate here at... McDonalds, i ordered a small fry and a ice coffee, when it was my turn to pick my order they gave a cup of literal MILK! Itdidnt have 1 drop of coffee, so idumped it out and just filled it with coke, although i was hesitant bcuz the soda machine wasdisgusting, so now it is day 5 of progressively feeling worse, first it was soar throat then came the headache, and now nausea,i definitely caught something from this dirty restaurant, bcuz it is the only place i ate the entire weekend, i would honestlyavoid this place until they do a better job of cleaning Read more
Look this location is the only one we have here in broken bow. I worked here when I was in high school. So you Texans that come... here thinking you are going to get a 10 star mc Donald's you're not. Yall talk about the workers not wearing mask lol becausethey don't have to. Just like when I see yall walking around our wal mart with no mask. Even though it was a little out of our way, it was worth going to this (Broken-bow) McDonald's vs Idabel's. My daughter was... excited to dine in. It's nice to get back to some precovid normalcy. The staff was nice and the establishment was clean, despitethem being very busy! Read more
Not a single employee was wearing a Mask. As soon as the employee opened the drive up window, there was a very bad old oil and... spoiled food smell. One employee was even coughing in the drive thru while filing up a drink for an order. Our fried chickensandwich has no sauce, no pickles and it was old, dry and under cooked. French fries were hard as potatoe chips and had old oilsmell. Quarter pounder was under cook and pink in the center. ???? What makes McDonald's a success is their consistency,however there was none to be found in the food at this location.
