Beautiful views and wonderful staff. My particular room was nothing special but had a patio overlooking quiet garden which was... nice. I found the food a little bland but not bad by any means. My lack of speaking French was never a problem and the few timesI had a communication issue the staff was very patient. Read more

So it is possible to be both charming and luxurious. This is an excellent destination venue. I was here for a 3 day corporate... event and it was among the best Ive seen. The food and service, the views, the deluxe rooms, it was all so very nice. Wouldlike to return in the winter and ski! Read more

Great location. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs. Great view and vibe. Very courteous staff and admirable service. However, the... lighting in the room was too dim. The TV wasn't a Smart one so couldn't stream Netflix or anything. The toilet was just toosmall! Might be the room I took. But the price was kind of lower than other hotels to compensate this. I recommend thisplace! Breakfast was with nice ambience but the variety was just Bleh. Read more

This hotel must be rated lower as it is extremely misleading. Very unhelpful front desk - wouldn?t communicate with cleaning... staff to make room priority so had to wait hours as others customers served. Told couldn?t eat in restaurant due to privateparty and yet restaurant door open and staff welcomed us. Was told no reservations available for dinner yet later found outthere was availability. Needed taxi yet only number they had was out of service and offered no further assistance. Read more

?Insert the key in the door Close your eyes and open the door with the same emotion as when you first visited a hotel. Walk... through the room enjoying the small details: the view, the comfort of the pillows, the softness of the sheets, the smell of thesoaps.? This is what is printed on the room key holder. We were so excited. We were looking forward to a stay in yourhotel. The wonderful news: All the people who greeted us and served us; from the front desk to the concierge to the incrediblyhardworking (and obviously short-staffed) servers in the restaurant ? all wonderful, welcoming, efficient and friendly. Therooms are awful. The view: a dark courtyard The pillows: hard and uncomfortable The bed: lumpy, bumpy and one on which I couldbarely sleep. Never could get comfortable The sheets: okay; washed too many times along with the towels The soaps: the hand soapwas very nice; the others had way too much perfume The blackout drapes has burns ? in them and light came through. Thebathroom. It was another level of awful Mold, rust and missing grout around the shower installation and doors Rust on the sinkstand All around, I felt that it was unsanitary. And? a blow dryer on which you needed to keep a button pressed at all times inorder to work. I understand safety issues but I have seen a lot of better implementations. Most better hotels do have a regularblow dryer that you can plug in and use in the normal way. This is my pet peeve: Hangers with the hooks that assume that I amgoing to take them. I booked 4 rooms for a special occasion and thankfully the rooms did not have an effect on our weekend. Itwould have been nice if the rooms added to our experience They did not. What a disappointment. Read more

I have stayed in many 4 star hotels and this is NOT a 4-star hotel. Not even close. I would give it 3 stars at the most, maybe... 2.5. For what I paid (almost $400 for one night), this was the worst value hotel I've ever had. Not even a doorman in sight whenwe arrived to help with luggage. It's a small thing, I know, but 4 stars? I don't think so. Long line-up to check in and thenour room wasn't ready. When we got into our room, it looked nothing like the photos on the website. I will never go back. Wejust wanted to leave as soon as we arrived. I don't mind paying a premium for a nice hotel but I really don't like feelingripped off. The hotel photos are so much better than the reality of the place, which is a very average hotel badly in need of anupgrade. Read more

The hotel is pretty good. The breakfast is amazing. My friend and his family invited me to stay there. They bought a high class... room and everything. My point is the hotel is really good but doesn't come at a cheap price. Read more

Customer service upon our arrival was not the best. The desk clerk gave us no information and seemed like we were bothering her.... She didn't tell us which room we had, where the supper was and till what time breakfast was. Our room was very dirty. You cansee A LOT of dust on many surfaces and even some sticky spots on the counter next to the sink. And there was mold in thebathroom on the ceiling and at the bottom of the shower. We booked a queen size bed and the bed was more like a double bed. Thecustomer service for the supper and the breakfast was good, however our waiter for supper told me the pasta of the day was pestowhen it was actually a white cream sauce with fresh basil in it.... I did not enjoy my food very much and the restaurant is verydark and noisy. It has more of a cafeteria feeling. The spas and pool was nice. However some spas were broken and some verydirty (hair and dirt in the water and on the sides where your supposed to lean and relax). The terasse was very nice. Nice placeto enjoy a drink before supper. I'm giving an overall rating of 3 simply because the waiters were very nice at supper andbreakfast and because relaxing in the spa surrounding mountains was very relaxing even if the spa needs upkeep.
