Had to leave because of the long line at lunch rush hour. Staff shortage maybe?
I invite the manager to see recorded camera on may, 22nd 2:30pm. We made an online order, when it was our turn the girl said let... me make sandwich for one person that is in the line, then yours. We said yes. When done, two others arrived and she startedmaking theirs. We had argued because it was our turn. But she refused to answer us and left the counter for 5min. Then came backand again didn?t start making our order. And started speaking disrespectful to us and every 2 min she said they speak English(like we are doing something bad) Finally we were there for 35 min and she still refused and called her boss saying that ?theyordered 6 sandwiches online and it takes time to make?. We had to leave at it ruined our outdoor walk we were planning to go onthat afternoon! I am going to call head office of subway to follow up. Read more
I wish there were zero star. Impolite staff there, today (2022-05-22)we were waiting for more than 30mins there, but she was... accepting other customers and the reason was that we ordered 7 sandwiches online, which was supposed to be ready in 10mins! Andwhen we talked to her boss and her boss asked her to make the sandwiches, she started to make sandwiches in a rude manner,throwing breads on the counter and throwing cheese on bread! Ordered a supposedly big 10$ wrap and was extremely disappointed. Got a pitiful amount of guacamole and cheese and had to ask... for extras for every single vegetable. I have never seen this little cheese in a wrap. Although the pita bread was huge, itturned out smaller than my hand. Worst 10$ ever spent, regretted every single bite of it. Read more
Friendly respectful staff. The sandwich was delicious. There are other restaurants around that though the food is good...the... staff sucks. If we are choosing to order from your restaurant the least you can do is show a little respect. Read more
Staff was ok. But they warm up the gluten-free bread in the microwave, in the plastic wrap! And we had the steak with the steak... spices, it was horrible! It?s like eating spoons of salt, cracks in you mouth like sand... this was my last experience at subwayever!!! Read more
Arrived 1h30 hours before closing time and half of the choices were no longer available including tomatoes. A sandwich... restaurant with no tomatoes... what is that? If you can?t keep your supply available until closing time then you should eitherstock up more or close earlier! No vegetarian options left either. Rude service. The one time a give Subway a second chance. Tobad! Never ever again! Read more
