Despite the resto just having 5 to 6 tables filled, service was slow for a 2pm lunch.
Very nice place. clean and staff was so great. I haven't had this good of an experience at any this type of restaurant chain.

I don?t think I have ever got up and left a restaurant until visiting Mikes. We waited 40 mins at the table to only be served... water after 38 minutes. In that 40 minutes we spoke with 3 different waitresses 5 times asking to order. Each time we were tolda couple more minutes. I understand places are busy but if you cannot serve the tables you seat, take less customers. We arereally easy going and don?t require a lot, but after waiting 38 minutes for water, we really weren?t willing to risk waitinglonger for food. Staff was not apologetic and didn?t seem to mind that we walked out of the dinning room. Will not even botherreturning unless the parking lot is empty because clearly their staff cannot manage serving multiple tables at the same time. Read more
