Food is still great and daily specials are awesome. Only thing that sucks us that Happy is only at the bar, not in the internal... area surrounding the bar like before. So don't make this an after school dinner night with your hubby. Drinks were good even iffull price. Read more
The moment I stepped into applebees there was no hostess and the one on duty that day is named and the general manager on duty... Jocelyn velez came up to me asking me if I have a problem and after telling her my problem she began to say that if I continueto have a attitude she has the right to refuse me and my 3 kids service because when I came in I looked like I had a attitudeand then asked me and my 3 kids to leave because I said my son is waiting for water and that when customers sit down in arestaurant they usually are greeted by there waiter and asked if they are ready to order and provide water none of this was donebut all we got is below mediocre customer service and still sitting here with nobody taking our orders. And Perez the othergeneral manager also just came up to me and said that he will not override her request to not serve us at this time so weactually sat here for 45 minutes at the 600 exterior location at 151st Bronx ny and I would like for something to be done withthe lack of customer service at this location and general management needs to be changed immediately. One of my favorite places to eat. I work in the same vicinity and I've going there for years. I'm in here every week or every... other week. The food is great and the drinks are great. Love their new Honey Pepper sauce. That's my go to when I can't decidewhat to get. Try the Hennessy Sour or the Amaretto Sour if you don't want something strong. Did I mention they serve breakfast?Yup! Steak and Potatoes, Medium Well. Eggs however you like them and top it off with a Mimosa. You can't go wrong. My experience when I visit Applebee's is always great but this time I could say it was exceptional! My son and I had a great... time, the service the, attention, and the food was excellent. We even watch a movie and the Kimberly went above and beyond withher kindness Ana attention. I totally recommend people to eat here more that always. We felt treated as family.. It was my first time going to this location & it went alright. The wait time was 30min to sit in and I definitely didn?t wanna... sit in the patio seating(in the garage of the mall..which is pretty gross..i would never suggest to sit & dine there..hence whyit was completely empty) So my bf & I sat at the bar & the waitress was good..even offered a free refill. Only annoying thingwas getting my entree with my appetizer when it?s common sense I wouldn?t want that. Read more

My waitress name was Erica. Beautiful lady inside out.She Spoke loud and clear. She was on point understanding what my toddler... ordered. He loves his chocolate milk lol. As I looked around.
