I came here 2 times and both times I went, I was treated different from my Spanish counterparts. The people serving the food and... at the cash register speak Spanish and keep looking at you letting you they're talking about you. They're body language says itall, you're not welcome. While your standing there watching them take orders, you see them treat they're Spanish customers withthe most respect. This time, I found hair in my soup. I called and made them aware of what happened, she supposedly didn'tunderstand what I was saying. I put my Spanish friend on the phone, she laughed and said after a few minutes of going back andfourth, I would get a refund if I had a receipt knowing darn well the receipt she gave me, I gave it to the guy at the registerso he could ring me up which at that time the receipt was kept. I had a birthday brunch w/ a great friend and I loveeeeeed their tilapia and broccoli. They make great chicken as well. The... atmosphere was family friendly but also life of the party. I enjoyed the service I would definitely go back. Read more

I work in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and very disappointed with the dining experience. The waitress (Gloria) had... an attitude and failed to place water on the table. When ask for tabasco sauce she simply point it out. We didn?t get nogreeting at the beginning or a thank you for coming. I had to ask for water from another waitress (Tania) which should bestandard. Besides that the food was good but failed to provide lettuce and tomato with the avocado salad. Overall not happy andif we decide to go back I?ll surely request for Tania which showed great hospitality skills with a smile hands down. Read more

As a Latina, I'm very picky about Dominican restaurants. That being said, the food was delicious! The food was fresh, and was... hot when we received it at the table. The two stars are for the food. I?m not going to denied the food here is really good. However by the time you?re done either... dinning in or ordering to take out you no longer want to eat because of how nasty and rude the staff is. I?ve been in this placemultiple time because I like the food but I won?t go back because I rather not deal with nasty rude staff. On my last visit on11/09/22 I just walkout as my order was basically threw at me because the gave me sometimes didn?t order and I asked to be takenout of my bag.
