OK. Wednesday is Sunday special. So while walking by I decided to make a purchase. BOGO FREE Starting price reads $5.99. I put... in my order for this ice cream and I DO NOT ADD ANY TOPPINGS. The staff are very unprofessional and have a up charge of around $2.00 per ice cream on everything you buy at the store. The... attitude is disgusting, they probably even spit in people?s ice cream. They don?t follow the rules that corporate hasestablished. I will never go here again. They rather steal people money in a minority community than follow rules. I willforever go to the Carvel in Yonkers. If you ever do go here I would advise you to ask them what they are charging you for,because they don?t even have the cost of the stuff you ordered on the receipt. Read more
The butter pecan was outright disgusting, lacked in flavor and might've better been called bitter pecan. I love that they still do the buy 1 get 1 Sundays on Wednesdays. I always happen to be behind the woman that needs to have... everything changed to make things as complicated as possible for the server & us on purpose to shine like a dying star in theirmoment of power as the line grows longer & longer. Lol. Seriously. Tip those ice cream artists. They hook it up. Only one lineopen most times so that's a downer. I only go when i have time to get to know the others on the line as we wait for THAT personto finish their ridiculous order. Aside from the possible wait.
