This location is terrible for online ordering after being overcharged, underserved and completely unsatisfied with the the... orders we stopped ordering online and made the line to make sure we saw what was going in to our order plates. It seems like theemployees are docked on their pay for serving large portions because they are cheap with the portion sizes. Gave them 2 starsonly because it's among the few food places in that area. I?m usually a fan of Chipotle but this one here was far from pleasurable. I let the girl who greets you know that she was light... handed on the portion of rice and beans and she informed me that I can pay for a double portion. I?ve been to Chipotle?s allover NY state and never had this complaint. It was so noticeably small. I told her no that?s alright but she added the chickenanyway. Brought it to her attention that I didn?t ask for more. She sucked her teeth then believe it or not, she through it inthe garbage and made another one just as light. SMH! While dining someone started blasting the music. Surprised that the manageron duty didn?t turn it down. Today is August 11, 22 at 8:10 pm. Decided to look at some of the other reviews now and many havethe same complaint about the portion. The food didn?t taste bad but would have been more enjoyable without tonight?s experience. Chipotle is overrated but this particular Chipotle is notorious for screwing up your order! Please check your order before you... leave because I did and my burrito (pic shown) does not look like a $11-$12 burrito. I highly recommend any taqueria at thispoint. Read more
