I’ve ordered Delivery from here multiple times I’ve had the shrimp Mofongo and Pernil Mofongo If they don’t forget the... sauce for the pernil Mofongo it’s really good -the lunch specials be good too. I ordered Mangu first red flag i called they didn't understand me and hung up. 2nd red flag when i opened my food and seen white... onions instead of the red/purple ones 3rd flag was my eggs had shells in them And the bonus red flag was THEY HAD OFF BRANDKETCHUP PACKETS A BRAND I NEVER HEARD BEFORE AND WAS DISGUSTING JUST LIKE THIS FOOD. I discovered this tiny restaurant when I was pregnant and was craving mofongo de longaniza. It has been 4 years and they... continue to have the best mofongo I ever tasted; they're generous with the meats which is rare nowdays. My faves are camarones,longaniza and chicharron. The staff is friendly over the phone. My only suggestion would be to start accepting cards over thephone. We order mofongos on Valentines Day again- it was just amazing. Read more
I like the food always fresh 24/7 but ordering is difficult if you're picking up. Call and place your order and give it 30-40... mins to pick up. If you order late night you have to wait outside and they will tell you to call the order in, you can't placeit in person. Read more
This Mangu located at Kingsbridge in the Bronx is among the worst when it comes to getting your order correct. They never have... what they advertise and you always get the wrong food. I used to order from them because the food was not that bad however theconstant mistakes with their orders made me stop ordering from them for a while...Today I tried again and no surprise they gotthe order wrong again and to add insult to injury the food was just awful...the soap was salty as hell and so was the substitutechicken ...really bad , do not know what the rice tasted like because I did not order rice and beans ...so I threw it out. Thesandwich for my kid was nasty tasting on soggy bread. awful just awful I do not recommend ordering from this place to boot theirprices are off the charts for the terrible service they give and salty nasty tasteless food. Regular Spanish restaurant. Fonda style. Food was good and fresh. Recomend.
