I've ordered from there 4 times 2 times in person those times were amazing the 2 times I ordered over the phone it came quick... but the 1st time it was the wrong type of beans and the second time my burrito barely had any meat at all I cut it up andstill couldnt find the meat. First off! Its under new management, i requested chilaquiles with chicken and i received them with an extra ingredient. Cooked... hard plastic. Ordered the steak and onion, got steak strips with a bed of onion for $11. Ordered the flautas de queso and got asad excuse of flautas with a dash of crema and a light sprinkle of queso. The side of nopales were the size of my 5yr old sonshand. The veggies that come as a salad were old with freezer burn. Not worth the $50+ i spent here. This place is not a friendly atmosphere. They don't serve you in a timely manner. The girls at counter have a nasty personality.... When asked about a dish on the menu she shrugged her shoulders to no response. I immediately asked again and she didn't answer.I thought maybe she was having a bad day and didn't take it to no offense. I then tried their delivery service and to my luckthe same girl answers the phone. As I was placing my order she then had a attitude. At this point I was not happy anymore andtold her I will not be giving them my service to a place that is not courteous to their customers. I asked for a manager and shegives the phone to the delivery guy making me think it was the manager. I personally will not order from this place ever. If youreally want to try Mexican food there are better places in the Pelham area like the taco truck on Pelham Parkway which are greatfor their tacos and a lot way cheaper and you will be getting your money's worth!!
