On 9/6/2022, I bought a large (11 dollars, 98 cents!!) chicken soup from this Golden Krust store. Yuk!! It was/is THE worst, no... flavor, not well seasoned, bland, and annoyingly gristled chicken soup that I've ever had! I ate 3 spoonfuls, and threw the restof it down the garbage!! Patty is always dry. Seems like they never re-stock the patties. I?m supposed to taste beef in a beef patty, not dough. The worst Golden Krust of all time!!!! They did not have most of the items a Golden Krust usually has, and the customer service... left something to be desired. The cashier was rude and disrespectful, and ignored me when I tried to place my order. I, thentook my receipt to leave, and she flipped and said I took her receipt. She gave me the wrong order and refused to fix it, norrefund my money. I asked to speak to the manager, and he basically told me there is nothing he can do. I walked out, and thecashier became very belligerent and aggressive, like she wanted to fight. To add insult to injury, the food was not fresh andactually tasted rather stale.Dreadful. They are unorganized. I placed an order and paid for it and when it was time to pick up, the lady working on that day... 5/31/2020 told me the order isn't here and was never turned in. I needed it for my gender reveal and was not leaving without mymoney or food! Argued with me and was talking to customers about my order instead of talking directly to me. I will never dobusiness with this particular golden krust on white plains rd and 241st. I had my receipt and everything. She said she didn'twork that day and it isn't her fault. She cannot give me my money nor the food. I demanded they call a supervisor, because Iwas not leaving without nothing! Customer service is everything to me. So when at least three of the staff members here have treated me pleasantly it almost... instantly became a place for me to frequent. One lady in particular has gone out of her way to provide me with special orders. Iwish I knew her name so that I could give her proper recognition. The food is good, but the convenient close proximity to mywork place and the great customer service will always bring me back here. Read more
