Food was disgusting. I have never had a beef patty with cocoa bread from golden crust that taste like that. Ever since the owner... passed away the food fell off. What took the cake were the box of beef Pattie?s in the fridge on display for sale, same as theysell in a supermarket ????????. I don?t even think this is one of the actual franchises. I went to this restaurant at 3:35 pm on 9/11/2022 and when me and my boyfriend arrived we went directly to the register because... we only wanted to get patties. We were then spoken to rudely with ?go order over there? by Laverne C. My boyfriend then statedto her that we only wanted patties which were directly behind her when she decides to state, ?so I?m to grab the patties with myhands? knowing she was being extremely rude to us so we decided to tell her that she knows she?s supposed to use tongs to graband package them. She then yelled ?you order with her? while she continued to talk under her breath and out loud instead of justassisting and getting what we were there to purchase and pointing at her other employee which was obviously busy with a customerwhile Laverne was not with any customer and could have easily put on gloves and got the patties and then removed them to chargeus. She continue to get loud and I stated to her that she is being rude to customers and that not professional nor lady like.She then turned to her bush coworker and told her ?I?m going outside? and she walked off leaving her employee busy to take careof all the customers with no help. 2 other employees from the back of the store emerged and that is when the female employeethat came to help assisted us with what we wanted and cashed us out. This was extremely unprofessional and I don?t understandhow someone like her works for a company that provides food to the public! We frequent this location along with many of ourfamily members, family, and coworkers and this is the move distasteful experience we have had and we never thought a situationlike this would occur. It has honestly put in our mind to no longer frequent the location and share this experience with all ofour family, friends, and coworkers. Whoever the manager is, this has go to do better than this. I went to this restaurant 3:30 yesterday for the first time and I asked for a large plate the younger girl was serving and she... got upset when I told her I don?t need that much rice calmly and politely? because I was planning to get vegetable ect sheGrumble you should ask nicely like how do you tell someone more nicer I don?t need that much rice the lady with the dreadsstepped in and explain how they serve food there we only serve one flavor of meat I told her the same thing I still do need alot of rice we left in a hurry no forks in our bags drinks she charged us for we didn?t order because they were just trying tocontrol what we buy the lady with dreads while cashing us out she was looking around with her open wide asking like she?s toobusy to listen to us and it was only five people in the restaurant my experience was I?ll go go there again !The two stars isfor the chefs the food taste good.
