Good things 1st! When my food finally came correctly, it was good, hot & fresh. My server was too wonderful & sweet after she... finally realized I was in her station. The entrance dirty carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in the 10 years since my lastvisit. The management and floor staff is beyond dysfunctional with one waitress looking me in my face saying she was off thenproceeded to wait on a table on the other side of the restaurant. What looked like a manager was serving a table while lettingme sit and let waitresses argue who's section I was in! This took way too long but I couldn't find another nearby pancake spot.I'll check in another 10 years. Too bad! I love their pancakes. Read more
Haven?t been to IHOP since pandemic. It never disappoints. Food was good. Service was great.
Good breakfast with the kids. Here it is that I thought they would finish their food and instead I did! Guess the eyes were... bigger that their bellies. Lol! Read more
Every time I come here it?s extremely understaffed and unorganized. Once I get sat down at the table it takes about 20 minutes... for a waiter to even acknowledge me and take my order. Also it?s almost impossible to get any of the workers attention whentrying to pay, they often walk past and focus on taking everyone else?s orders when they could easily just take the money. Andthere was something definitely off about the food. Also there were already opened milk packets at my table which was disgustingand unsanitary. Read more
Lovey service, fast and convenience. I love the lady that was assigned to our table. She was amazing with such much experience.
This place was good before. After the pandemic it got worse. The food is just bland.. the fried stuff is so so. But service... needs to change.. we waited 30 mins for a seat, which it was busy so it's OK. But we got cut in line for seating. We orderedour food, came in 30 mins , the waiter needs to slow down and take a breather. I asked for just lemonade iced tea 3 times, andshe rushed 3 times and brought me the wrong drinks 3 times. She forgot about our pancakes, I mean we are at IHOP. We weremissing the regular syrup from our table. The other syrups were very sticky. The bathrooms were clean and place didn't smell.All am saying is its a cheap meal, but IHOP had potential before. Now it's just whatever. To say the WENDY'S next door makesbetter food is CRAZY, AND THEY DO. I will not be coming back to this IHOP location anymore. Read more
My family went to IHop for breakfast for the first time since the pandemic and the experience was excellent. Waitstaff was... efficient. The food was fresh and delicious. There are new menu items. It was obvious that effort went into improving thedining experience. Read more
The food was great and staff made sure we had everything we needed and most importantly the environment was kept clean.
