The waiting time wasn't too long. The pizzas had a good temperature, was fresh and delicious as always.
The employees basically do whatever they want they don't follow management or corporation policies then they close whenever they... want open whenever they want.!!! Frankly this needs to be shut down rebuilt somewhere else. Cuz the employees they chose justdon't know how to follow orders. Read more
The driest and coldest pizza I've ever seen, the cardboard box it comes in looks juicier and more appetizing than the pizza, I... noticed since I opened the box that pizza had been there since at least the morning. And the Parmesan chicken garlic thesaltiest thing I?ve ever tasted, I?ve to throw it away, I ordered a Pepsi coke too, and was hot and cover in dust, looked thatthey just took it from the warehouse in the back and didn?t even have the decency of cleaned it up. To the best of my knowledge this is the only drive through Pizza place In the Bronx .This place is very good. The customer... service is excellent and friendly, as it should be. We ordered a regular " Hot N Ready" Pepperoni as we were in a hurry. It wasquick and tasty .They offered condiments and napkins without asking, which was unbelievable. We accepted the little red packetsof dried, crushed, red, hot pepper flakes. Try some, but go easy if you're not used to heat. I must say during the day, there isquite a wait. But at 8:30 on a Sunday evening, it was fast. If I have one issue , it is common to ALL fast food places. It'sthis: None serve their food hot enough for fear of the rampant lawsuits in our society. The pizza was fresh and ready to go when I got there. The staff worked well together, in getting my order and other orders. They... were organized,speedy and friendly. Will definitely be going back. There is one issue and not with the store, with corporate. Can you make it possible to place an online , for pick up, at a store that is not at a store close to my address? When I went toplace an order, my closest store is closed and I was unable to place an order at another store. For future customers, Irecommend calling, or ordering ahead, for special pizza orders so it will be hot and ready when you get there. We ordered thecheese-n-stix pizza and it was delicious. Read more
Service has been good the times I've been to this location and the food good also. Can't really expect wow pizza from any chain... pizza shop but I like this best of all the chain pizzerias. The only complaint I have is that I went to buy pizza on 9/11/2020and noticed no signs on the door in reference to social distancing or face mask use. I was with my partner and ordered ourpizza. I noticed a man walk in with no mask. I didn't like that especially with what is going with this covid 19 thing. Inoticed a sign by the register that stated no more than 2 people in the store allowed so after I placed our order I went outsidesince this fool was now the third person in there and had no mask on. While waiting I saw a number of clients go in and out withtheir orders all wearing masks and keeping the number of clients in the store low. It is risky bringing the attention to anindividual not following rules but corporate should be more proactive at protecting their employees as well as their clientssince some do not abide by set rules. I hope that no employee or clients get sick because corporate has such a lax stand onenforcing rules and regulations that are set up for the protection of all. Read more
Asked for them not to make the pizza till Uber driver arrives she gone say we busy so you gotta wait. Girl I ain?t rush u I said... make it later when he get there that give u time.
