Every time I order on Seamless, DoorDash, or UberEats, they ALWAYS forget something. I?ve ordered multiple times from this... McDonald?s and they charge me for a sundae I never end up receiving. They?ve forgotten to put in my fries almost every singletime. Read more
4.5/5. I like the Chicken Nuggets and the French Fries, as well as the cheeseburgers. The only 2 problems I have had before... are: 1. I once got soggy French Fries 2. I got a cheeseburger with an ingredient that was not supposed to be there. Read more
This is starting to happen to n a lot of Mac Donald locations but I noticed it and spoke to a manager. First I noticed the... person working the fries section dumping old fries to pack new order fries. At the price food is we should be getting fresh hotorders. Then I requested hot fries to get attitude being over heard over the counter from the worker and manager. When Ireceived my bag I get home to get half a box of fries that now cost almost $4.00 this is beyond unexceptionable!!! Read more
>>WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMER<< On December 3rd 2021, at 300 E 204 St, Bx, NY 10467, McDonald's customer long slow waiting line is... so long that it reaches McDonald entrance door, that when sneaky teenagers are goes to the kiosk machine to order their food andchooses the pay at the register option. They don't return back to the line, they sneak up to the register, this is unacceptablefor the customers waiting on line. I complained to the assigned McDonald's female manager (Hispanic short female, a littlestocky with a hairball Style on top of her head, she was not wearing a name tag or no manager picture on their walls) she ignoreme, received no respond and walked away. This is Unbecoming Off! unprofessional display from a supervisor and allowing theteenagers to sneak out from their waiting line, use McDonald's kiosk, chooses the pay at the register option to sneak up infront of the line. At McDonald's, 300 E 204 St, Bx., NY10467., Their McDonald's small pieces of 4 process with by-product chicken McNuggets for 99 cent went up to 1.39 cent, in factthey raise their prices on most of their items. Other McDonald's in the Bronx prices has not gone up. Thank God a brand newPopeyes Chicken Restaurant open up across the street on 204 St., their chickens parts are not process, it's real meat! This was my first time eating at this location. I'm not big on fast food but I was hungry. I like how the digital kiosk systems... works. Fast easy to use. No wait, no hassle. They bring your food to you. That's a plus. The food is the usual , this time I hadgotten the butter milk chicken sandwich. It was good, dry but flavorful. Read more
This location was very dirty inside, letting people sit inside not consuming anything, was a concern. Food all over the waiting... area. My French fries was stale, and apple pie was cold! I wish them well, but do better. Read more
