There was an issue at the ordering kiosk it wouldn't recognize my card eventually the transaction went through, and afterwards... it wouldn't give me a receipt so push the help button and waited for someone to help me but no one didn't come to help, so Iapproached the young lady at the register and she just ignore me eventually she spoke to the manager and no one came either so Ijust went to my table and waited to have my food to be delivered to the number table. the manager came I explained to her thesituation and she got me my receipt. I had an issue I ordered coffee and a large fries the ketchup package chewed through it look like rodent droppings I went back... the manager chocolate girl with braids refunded my money made several phone calls trying to speak to the store manager finallycalled the 800 number spoke with some lady who said she didn't want to call me a liar after I told her what happened to me Iwork at the nursing home down the block none of us go here anymore check your food before you leave Read more

Used to be 5 stars when Trudy manage and Kyle was a staff. Now every time the staff are messing around talking to friends... instead of customers. This time.. lady put 3 pack sauce for box 20 piece chicken nuggets. Should be at least 5. I mention it;she said there?s more inside. I am home; I can clearly see it?s only 3 AND some of the nuggets are burnt. Taste burnt too.McDonald?s serving burnt nuggets at this location. Read more
Horrible. Never ordering here again.they always have a bad look. I always tell them to not make my ice coffee not light and they... always do the opposite. They always have their rude face.i always see disappointment. Read more
