It was clean and you had plenty of seating and the food was fresh not cold.
I appreciate how this place has been cleaned up and no longer seems to be a homeless and drug hotspot. The remaining problem... seems to be efficiency, I ordered 20 pieces of mcnuggets and it seemed to take 30-40 minutes. Let's make fast food fast again. Read more
I always go here but this is the first time i?ve ever experienced something like this. I ordered my $40 worth of food at around... 7:30 and the employees didn?t realize til about 30 minutes of me waiting. So she took my receipt and said she would start myorder. She didn?t start my order and they ended up losing the receipt. So i had to verbally tell my order to them which is whenthey started it. Then they forgot 2 of my items in which i had to go back and ask for them. I tried giving them the benefit ofthe doubt but i don?t think that in a fast food place i should ever have to wait 1 hour for a simple order. Especially when theyhave many people in and out of there. Now i?m not saying i?ll never go there again but I will say i?m extremely disappointed anda bit angry as to how long I had to wait just for them to forget something. I placed an order through the app , went to pick this up after 15 minutes . I spent close to ten minutes standing there waiting... for my order to be handed to me , I tried to get the attention of an employee to let her know my order was ready , I could seethis from across the counter while I was being ignored . I left without my order and missed the train because of this ? pleaseinstall lockers or something, the employees at this location have poor costumer service skills .
