I travel from the other side of the Bronx to come here as often as I can. I always get the orange chicken and honey walnut... shrimp and it?s delicious every single time. I?m not sure what just happened. I had the worst experience at this location at 7:50PM. Not sure if they was closing but... everything was being washed the buffet layout was completely low but the had fresh rice. The guys in the back one with twobraids under his hat and the other young man with the dirty uniform and sagging pants with the belt on his hip tight as ever.These guys mad me and my fiancé feel very very uncomfortable they kept laughing and looking at us. Then when asked if they wasenjoying they day and if they was ok they all walked off and became very upset and sarcastic. I?m not sure after this experienceif I would go back these kids forget it?s us the public that help them stay in business in the area they are in. Placed an online order and was literally ignored by the employees when I went to pick it up. I did not get my order until... another employee, who looked like she had just arrived for her shift, was nice enough to hand me the order that had been sittingbehind the two other employees for over 10 minutes. Also, the small amount of food you get for the price is just not worth it. Read more
The employees were polite and quick, we didn?t have to wait more than 4 minutes to place an order . This was my first time... trying Panda Express and I was extremely disappointed with the food . If you are the type of person who is used to Chinese foodfrom a takeout , you are not going to like this place . The fried rice is bland , the orange chicken barely tastes like orangeor has any taste for that matter . The portions are very small ,it almost feel like eating hospital?s food .It is possible thatthis is slightly healthier than your average takeout, but if you like seasoned food avoid Panda Express . You?re also going topay way more for this bland mess than you would pay at the take out. I would prefer eating tasty food and support a familybusiness over this . Read more
The "Latina" woman that served our food was so unbelievably rude. She also served my wife a plate with a whole uncut chunk of... chicken. She became very nasty when preparing our side orders also. Please see attached photo. We were floored by her "I don'tcare" additude towards her job and customer service. For any branch managers or franchise owner reading this, please investigatethe people you have working here. They are driving down your revenues and business. Read more
I am so disappointed in the taste of the food. I ordered fried shrimp with fried rice and chow mein. It was absolutely... disgusting. I do not recommend to go here. The food is very nasty. Customer service skills are terrible !! When I went to pay for my food, the guy was rude and didn?t know I understood Spanish... and everything he was saying about me. He had an attitude because I asked him what my total was. He simply asked again if I?mpaying cash or card but I wanted to know my total first. Then I had to wait to get my change back because he needed a key toopen the register. Definitely won?t be coming here . Read more
