Papa Johns Pizza, this franchise is located off White Plains Rd in the hood???? Yup! But guess what the pizzas taste good they... used to sell slices of pizza because of their location ( which I taught was a great ???? idea), but I don't see ???? them doingsince the pandemic. Can't get my Rewards if they don't give us receipts and when we ask for receipt, they state the box has the reward code.... Probably just stealing our rewards too, bad pizza, poor Management. Read more
We Ordered one pizza and a soda. There was a 31 to 41 minute eta. I tracked it and it was baked fast but sat in preparing for... over 35 minutes then an hour and a half later the pizza came ice cold. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE A TIP FIRST ANYWHERE OR ORDERDELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! . Read more
My son placed an order for 2 calzone and a pizza about 4:20pm with an expected wait time of 14 -24 minutes. I got there to pick... up about 5:30 and it wasn't ready, there was no apology, nothing the young lady just asked me to wait outside in the 30 degreecold. I went back inside after about five minutes only to be told another 3 minutes. When it was finally ready, 7 minutes laterthe cashier just took my money,,,,, no thank you, no thank you for waiting,,,,,, nothing. That's customer service for you. Read more
After my recent disappointment with Domino's I've officially switched to Papa John's. The delivery didn't take long and was... still hot. The crust has a sweetness to it that tastes really good with their garlic butter dip. I'll never understand the greenpepper they put in each but appreciate that they never forget the details ? I wish they had side salads but other than that theyhave yet to let me down! Read more
The pizza was hot just how pizza is supposed to be lol. Service was quick as in making my order but the wait was a bit long.
