Such a joke! I ordered from them delivery since I work from home and they got me a delivery guy who can?t even speak English and... refused to deliver and flee with my pizza when I called the store they were extremely rude refused to let me complain about himto a manager and said she only comes to work at 6PM lol. When i order from papa johns from this location and specifically select for no contact delivery the driver calls me every time... to go down the stairs to get my pizza when i specifically select to please leave pizza at the door. Some will give me anattitude despite my request. What is the point of no contact delivery then? Read more
I?m my opinion, this is by far one of the best fast food pizza place I?ve ate at. The pizza itself is immaculate! Tasting the... combinations with the cheese, bread, and the sauce is like walking in heaven. 110% recommend! Customer service is also great! Read more

Terrible. Paid $5 for deliver, then 2.50$ for tip. Driver refused to come to door and refused to get out of car. In addition,... driver gave me wrong pizza. Called, and they pick up and hang up. Unbelievable, at a loss of words for such bad service. Read more
GREAT FOOD AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORKERS ARE VERY PATIENT WITH RUDE OR CRAIZY CUSTOMERS. Papa John's food is always fresh... it takes about 15 minutes for orders to be ready.please stop giving a business bad reviews because a driver did not take thefood up to your door when you live in new york city. No sane person will risk getting a 115 dollar ticket just so a person canstay in there apartment or just to receive a 1 dollar tip. And waiting 1 hour for your food is not a long time. When youconsider the food takes 15 minutes to cook and you live a 30 minute drive from the location you ordered from. I woulddefinitely recommend my friends to order from this restaurant. Read more
