Worst Papa John?s ever ordered from this location by mistake. Pizza was cold, barely any cheese on the pizza. Waited a roughly... 10minutes to be attended while workers continued to work while listening to music on their Air-pods. Feel sorry for those whohave to order from there. Good luck Read more
Horrible, Very unprofessional. The young lady who answered said her name was Destiny then changed her name to Stephanie. She... refused to give me her name after asking multiple times. Super rude and not very helpful at all. Waited a whole hour for a 35min order. Called again she claimed driver would be outside in 3 minutes that took 15. I then canceled the order, I didn?t wantcold food. They didn?t bother to try to compensate or even the least apologize. Will definitely no longer be a customer againthis is not my first bad experience with them. Read more
Personally, I've never had any bad experiences with Papa John's, and this is my favorite location. Everytime I order, they are... prompt, Pizza tastes great!, and their drivers are courteous. I know a few people complain about their delivery charges, becausetheir drivers fail to enter their building. I must say, maybe is not fair, yet the delivery charge is reasonable. If I had toget up from the comfort of my home, get dressed, drive there, take a taxi or bus to go pick up my Papa John's pizza, I woulddefinetely spend more than what they charge for them to deliver. I have to go downstairs to pick up my order? I have absolutelyno issues with doing so, if that means, I would walk right up to my place and eat without me having to wait to come back homewith a cold pizza. And I always tip the driver! Read more
Order at your own risk!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a ?The Works? large pizza with extra mushrooms. The store... calls me and tells me they don?t have mushrooms and if I want another item to replace this because they can?t issue a partialrefund. So I ask for an extra spicy garlic sauce in addition to the one I had ordered with the cheese sticks. At 8:22 I get atext saying my order is on the way?the store is no more than 7 mins from my home; however the driver arrived after 45mins (25mins later than the delivery window they gave me). I had to come downstairs to pick up my order because they have this thingwhere they supposedly don?t go in the building to deliver. Not only was the pizza cold, they gave me pizza sauce with the cheesesticks which is not what I ordered and the extra garlic sauce they were supposed to give me in lieu of the mushrooms was alsomissing from my order.
