My daughter and I visited this location today for the first time to take advantage of the Tuesday drink special. The store was... clean and well lit. The barista Ayanka was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional as I was having difficulties with theapp and it would not let me order ahead. Ayanka took great care of my daughter and I. I was very unhappy with the professionalism of one of the baristas today. I frequently purchase food and drinks from here... because I work nearby. My coworker went on a Starbucks run for the staff in the office. She received the wrong drink so I wentback to exchange it for the correct one. I was being ignored at first until I got the attention of the young man that wasdealing with the food items. He notified the young lady, that my coworker described to me as the one who made the drinks forher, of my complaint. She totally disregarded what I wanted. She made what I guess she felt she wanted including downsizing thesize of the actual drink purchased. I was totally disgusted and felt as if she did not want to be of assistance to me. Not oncedid she even try to talk to me to see exactly what it was that I was requesting. I got upset and just threw the old drink outand accepted what was given to me. Don't go when the kids come out of school. They order nothing and stand in your way. My order was simple. A Punkin cream cheese... muffin. Cashier didn't even know if they had it nor where it was on the POS monitor. But she was very nice. Their lack istraining is very apparent. Waited almost 4 minutes for the muffin. So it doesn't matter how simple your order is. Except towait or for some kind of confusion to occur on their end. Read more
