They could care less. food always has weird taste to it like cleaning products and management can never be found or even care.... Customer of over 3 years and never coming back. Without even greeting me, the wrap artist tells me, ?you have to wait, the store opens at 10?. IT?S 10:02 and the door was... opened. So that mean you should be opened and ready to service customers. I am the only person here and I had to wait until shefinished wrapping other sandwiches before she started mine. Some of the trays for the ingredients were empty.Veryunprofessional. I will give it 2 stars only for the fact that I ordered through the app at 9:10pm stating that the store will be open until 10pm... but when I arrived it was closed. I got off bed, got dressed, got in the car and drove 15 min to the store only to see it wasclosed since 9pm (order still went through and showing open at 9:10pm) and the guy inside cleaning. I got annoyed since theycannot even update their app and that I had to drive there for no reason. Maybe their fault or maybe the application's fault butfor now they get 2 stars for the quick next day refund and maybe the other 3 stars when I visit again and taste the food andinsteract with staff.
