I just came from here and the server is rude, no matter how many times you say hello he gives you a blank stare. He picks up... used gloves, makes my sandwich, then goes to the register with the same used gloves and touches the cash with the gloves on. Igrab my sandwich and the server takes the gloves off and places the gloves in the same area it was laying when I first walkedin, waiting for the next customer. I come to this store 3-4 times a week and get two subs. Most of the time the order is not ready when I get to the store. The... guys behind the counter don?t seem to change their gloves after handling cash and on occasion they give me bread that?s from theday prior. The only reason, I keep coming back is because it?s close to my house but to be honest it has to be one of the worstexperiences I?ve had at a subway franchise. This place is the most unprofessional and unacceptial subway spot I've even been in....they repeatedly refuse to make my... sandwich order because it's too complicated for them to do. Even on uber eats they messed up the order with that sameexcuse....I've been to better Subway spots than this, and they never gave me the problems this one did. Seemed very unsanitary. The board where the sandwiches are made was dirty, and was being used as a resting place for the guy... working there to write on some paper. They close at 9 pm and he rushed me to order, even though it was 7 pm. He said he wantedto close early because there was no business. He continued to rush me so I ended up leaving. Very rude! DON'T EVER COME TO THIS STORE! The guy working was so rude! I entered the store and he peeked his head out, then proceeded to do... whatever he was doing in the back. I stood there for a while then i called out "hello" and he came out. This guy came out withan attitude telling me to get off my phone and have the person text the order instead. Anyway, i started ordering and he askedif i needed meat so i said no, so he put my veggies on, then I asked if he has Malibu Garden Patty. He was like " no you can notget that, you should've added the patty on before the veggies" so I calmly said " that's not what i asked sir, do you have theMalibu patty?". ATTENTION: This place is unsanitary and the Customer service is very terrible, very unprofessional and rude to customers. There... was also a COCKROACH in my sandwich, and I was made to believe that I was the one who put it there. I was almost denied arefund. Overall, very upsetting experience and service.
