I recently ordered from their meal prep options. I ordered 11 meals and two sides for a very reasonable price! Aside from the... pricing (they almost always have discount codes available, too), the food is phenomenal!! So delicious and filling! I actuallylook forward to meals each day. The website is so easy to use, and there are so many options to better fit the meals to yourliking! I plan to continue ordering meals on a weekly basis because, honestly, getting good food that?s good for you withouthaving to think about what to cook/eat each day has really helped me stay on track in reaching my health goals! Won't go back. The quality has dropped drastically! I have ordered three times from them. The first time it was really good.... The second time, some stuff were missing like the quesadillas didn't have any side guacamole even though it was mentioned in themenu. Some of the tortillas were burnt but still acceptable. In my last order, I mentioned the problem about the previous orderbut shockingly they just ignored it and didn't do anything! Also the BBQ pizza was surprisingly salty and I couldn't eat it. I'll mention the facts of this review first: - Food is decent, not great. - Better hope it isn't a "trainee" that makes your... food. - Poor management. - Poor quality checks on food before serving. - Customer service is not a priority for managers on theclock. - Cooks cut corners to get food out to customers. Unreliable portioning. Sometimes you'll get more, other times less forthe same price, not uniform. - Although training new cooks, management DOES NOT check the food before sending it out, leavingmajor ingredients out of meals people pay for. They will then try to give less than half in credit due to their mistake. Ireally wanted to love this place, but each time I order, I feel like I have to pull teeth to get everything I ask for. The newerstaff are far more helpful than management as they seem to genuinely care about the customers. Each time I've had to speak tomanagement, I feel like I'm needing to provide more evidence of a problem I'm complaining about. Then they apologize after theyfind what I was saying was true with "we sometimes get people that try to swindle us for free food"... Just last night when Itried calling, I was placed on hold for nearly 15 minutes.... But when I hung up and called back, they immediately took myorder... After ordering and giving time to prepare my order, I'm left to stand by the register for a few minutes while someonewho seems to be the manager handles all the other orders before coming to greet me or ask what I'm there for. After she comes tome, she picks up the bag that has been sitting there since before I walked in, low and behold, my order was said bag. She triesto ring me up, but leaves me to address other things (again) in the middle of me trying to pay. Thankfully another employee whosaw me standing there assisted me the rest of the way. Went in for the first time earlier this week to try out because I just moved here. The smoothie bowl I ordered (berry delight I... think it was called) and the Hawaiian entree (steak) I got were delicious. The short blonde girl with the leggings and thebrunette with glasses are the two sweetest employees I have met, very helpful and outgoing. Wanted to change my diet to start eating healthy so I went there and bought a lot of food for myself and a couple family... members. Their chicken wraps and chicken Quesadillas and their pizzas, and Caesar salad all have a terrible taste of machinelubricant grease. Not made well. Total waste of time, money and energy.
