Locations are few and far between, which is sad as this is by far the best of the major fast food chains. Tastes good, simple as... that. This specific location was fine, service was fine but I had to stand around asking for ketchup when there was no line andI didn't have any. Read more
Wendy's food and burgers are fantastic. Taste freshly cooked. I love it . The issue that I have is the person who took my order... evidently didn't understand my English. I know what I ordered and requested I ordered 2 different type of sandwiches. One of thechicken sandwiches and the other was one of the cheeseburgers with bacon. I received the chicken it wasn't until later on in theevening when I was home. whoa! busy place. orders online, driving to pick up the foods, people line little crowd for wait to order the food. but... Wendy's staff /cashier is good patience with deaf consumer. Never again! I have to take a cab I am very disappointed of Wendy's locatedon 3636 Boston Rd Bronx, NY 10454 on July 11 I placed... an order on Wendy's App for delivery after waiting for almost 45 minutes my order arrived, I have some friends over so it was abig order. I opened the bag and 3 Cheeseburgers were missing, 3 French fries and 2 drinks. I immediately called the store andnobody picked up the phone and the Dasher had nothing to do with the missing items because the bag comes sealed; I didn't hadany other choice than to take a cab and go to the restaurant. After I got there I waited less than 5 minutes. I explained to thecashier that some items were missing and I wanted everything to be make fresh because the food was cold, not the best customerservice I was expecting! The cashier told me (in fact it was 2 young ladies) they cannot make the whole order again but theywill make the sandwiches and fries that were missing. Right besides me it was a lady and she asked what happen and I asked herwho she is lol she told me ( I'm the manager) she was about to leave but she said we'll make it fresh for you. The whole staffstarted complaining and talking over her unbelievable they reheated The guy who cooked the burgers was complaining until thepoint I requested my money back, the manager apologized and prepared my order. After I all the stress food was ready; I decidedto check the bag and I opened all the sandwiches and one was missing the bacon, I went back to the cashier and the cooker said(Oh my God) I have no words to describe how disappointed I felt plus after we ate everybody start having stomachache! NOTE thecashier blame the Doordasher because they let them know that one more item is missing and they leave, I was like why then yougive them the bag if a items aren't ready. Wendy's always have great deals and great food, love their salads...(apple/pecan)..love their mango/pineapple lemonade... ????..their fresh potatoes fries are great. But this franchise at Boston Rd, staff needs more organization... service was slowand soda fountain need to be sanitize and clean more regularly. Read more
Opens early and ready to serve. We often take for granted how hard it is to work at a fast food place or any place for that... matter. But this staff is great and serves with a smile. They always get my order correct. Pricing is great! Love the chili!!! Read more
This place probably has some of the worst childish employees I have ever seen. The woman manager is great, but if she's not at... the front of the restaurant you're going to experience chaos. Very unprofessional, and you can expect VERY long wait timesbecause of that chaos. Workers putting their anger out on employees through passive aggressive gestures and one employeeliterally starting rolling her eyes at a customer because SHE misplaced her phone while working at the register. "SOMEONE STOLEMY PHONE?!" she shouted as she left the cash register to search around for her cellphone completely abandoning it with a longline. Unbelievable. Read more
